Here are the details of what I need.
We are going to have a competition in my school and we will have a laptop and a big TV to display the details of the fait. So I need to create a small application that will allow me to work in an admin part and when ii make a change t will show in the viewer’s part, the admin part will be displayed only in my laptop screen and I will split the graphic card to display a different content in the big screen TV, in this case, the viewer’s part of the application. I had attached 3 images, one call Home, the other Judge Sample and the last one Viewer’s Sample. The Home will be the main screen where the Judge will be able to select the rounds, ones the round is selected, it will go to the round page 1, 2 or 3. Now in the Judge image attached, you will see a button next to the options that needs to be change. The button HOME will take the Judge to the Home Page to select the next round. The button bellow the blue bar will enter an X in the circles each time the judge click the button, SAMPLE: If the judge click the button ones, then it will check the first circle, if the judge click again, then it will check the second circle and so on. The same scenario will be for the button bellow the red streaks bar. Now the other button bellow the Points, it will change the number from 1 up to 99 each time the judge click the button will add the next number to the point box.
That is all I need, I don’t have to keep records of the Rounds so can be deleted. Only remember that I need one interface for the Judge and other for the viewer’s so the viewer’s will not see the buttons and the mouse moving each time the Judge make a change.
This is a school project so my budget is low, please help me here.

Project Summary:

Similar to the NCAA March Madness bracket, instead of teams this bracket will have people against other people. In their position on the bracket they can have a picture or a short video. People will be able to vote up to 10 times per day (for one person or multiple people). When admin closes the round, the winner of each “match” moves to the next round.

Functionality details:

1. They will have a sign up and login area. The will be a small fee for them to sign up. In their user area they will upload a picture or provide a link to a short YouTube video. They will also put in some personal info (name, age, location, email, phone)
2. They will go into admin review. Once approved by admin, they will be added to the bracket. I will provide an image shortly to show how the bracket will look as well as the order in which people should be placed.
3. From the admin area, we will be able to start the competition. Once the competition is started, new people cannot be added to the bracket, however people can still sign up and be put on standby for the next competition.
4. When the competition starts, people will be able to go to the competition page on our website and view the pictures and videos, then vote for their favorites. They can vote up to 10 times per day, so there will have to be IP recognition built in. Votes will be live, so people can see who is winning each round.
5. Admin will have the ability to close out a round and move the winners to the next round, which we plan to do every week. Basically we will allow signups for a few weeks, then the first round is 1 week. Let’s say we have 64 people sign up for a competition. Since this is a person vs. person competition, in round 2 there will be 32 people, then 16 in round 3, 8 in round 4, 4 people in round 5 and then round 6 is the final round with the last 2 people. Admin will determine how long a round is based on the amount of people. Closing a round will be a manual process by admin only through the application’s back end.

Other things admin can do:

- change a users information
- suspend a participant if foul play is suspected
- place people in different spots on the bracket
- email all signups based on groups (all signups, current participants only, etc)

We have 622 Entrants, The divisions are for Male & Female (separate), for Masters, Adult, Junior, Sub-Junior and Minor.

Points are awarded on a basis of 1 point for fish entered plus weight of fish. i.e 1.425 for whiting weighing in catch n keep. Their is extra point for Catch N Release entries.

All points in Catch n Keep (9 fish species) listed below and Catch n Release (Bream, Whiting and Dusky Flathead) come together for individual championship in each Male and Female age class as above. Then these total point also accumulate to the Family championship. Which is total points scored by all individual in each family group divided by number ie 2 adults and 4 children divided by 6, Then multiplied by 4 and bought to average size family of 4. Likewise a family of three 1 adult and two children divided by three and then multiplied by 4.

We also have Deep Sea classes, but they are restricted to points only within their section. Snapper,Most Species,Heaviest Species, Secret Weight.
All competitiors are signed on by a Competitior number with their Name Beside. Family group is based on the First number of family.

Can config settings
Can Add News and announcements
Can config to limit one vote per registant /IP/time frame/competition
Can approve and deactivate Contest Entries.

Contest:
Can Create new Weekly and Monthly contests – once hit entry deadline. Photos can no longer to be voted, and it will be show in a gallery.
Can add an unlimited Contest Categories

Registered Entrants:
Can See users details and activate, Deactivate, Delete, edit info, story..
Can see statistics of vote

Main Page: Have thumbnails of newest entrants, and highest vote photos
