We are interested in script for an e-shop with dynamic prices to perform as follows:
Buy Products
The customer reserves future purchase of products 1-8 at prices of products fixed at the moment of paying via PayPal the purchase commissions. The prices of reserved products are quoted on the web. The moment of payment of purchase commissions is certified by the time stamp in the e-mail from PayPal.com. The unique customer ID is to be generated after his first purchase ID and becomes his account number. Customer chooses his own unique secure login and password to access his account. The Customer and the Seller agree on 3 identity verification questions. Every purchase is registered into customers account. Customer pays his commissions online and the balance of purchase within 24 hours, to be credited to the Sellers bank account within 10 working days maximum. If the customer does not pay the balance his purchase is cancelled and commissions are not refunded.

Script should integrate with both 2CO recurring products and Paypal subscription buttons.. I am not using any type of shopping cart just plain subscription buttons..

I am also thinking of installing two instances of the script on my server using different folders and database settings.. I imagine there would be no problem doing that.. If not, please let me know how to do it or modify the script accordingly..

I don’t need the design for this script only functioning..

We might need to further develop this script so the programmer who bids must be ready to support us in the future, regarding this project..

A readme file must be provided by the programmer with installing instructions and migrate instructions in case I change server..

I have an auction site, its using Phpprobid Auction Script. I would like to launch an affiliate system. This system should pay affiliaters monthly commissions across all of our products based on net profit share. Net profit is the winnings we make from the customers affiliater refer to us. I need an affiliate script for my site. My site offers membership so affiliates will need to be able to get credit for recurring commissions for new memebrs that signup from their affiliate link. Also my site sells one-time purchase services so affiliates will only be paid a one time commission for these service.

The script needs to be able to track both recurring commissions and one time commissions.

This will probably need more added to it as we go.

First I need it to be a membership type script going down one
level. Membership would be an on going monthly payment using either
Paypal or Alertpay. Paying monthly commissions to the upline each month it is paid. If monthly membership is not paid, user would be put on a viewable suspend ( no commission paid to upline) but I would be able to still view the member, and re-activate if necesary.
I would need access to the info through admin and be able to make changes as needed. Manually add or delete an account, change email address, edit their account cash.. So if I paid out commissions.. I could manually subtract the ammount I paid.

What I am looking for is a site that users would be able to store (in alphabetical order) Sites that they are involved in. Then they could store their username and passwords for these sites (this would have to have some security on them!) Also load their referral link, and a few banner urls for these sites.. So if they go to their members page they could select one of the sites they are involved in, and it would pull up the info they have stored for that site.
Maybe hide the username and password, then they could request it
emailed to them (just a thought) Their username and password, their referal link, and banner links (each link would show the banner above it) So its a storage for everything that they are into. (info shouldnt be required for a save) so if they listed a site and just their user and password.. it would still save that info. Even if they dont enter a banner.. or visa versa.

2) I would need a banner rotator added to the site. Where members could buy banner advertising on the site if they wish.

3) A link tracker. So if they came to the site, they could grab their referral link.. put a tracker on it.. then go out and advertise. They could then see their stats on that link.
(I could find a script for this and have you incorporate it into the site if you wish)

4)I would like for members to be able to make banners on the site.
They could make their own banner, then upload it, and attached it to one of their sites.

5)They would have to be able to see their referrals and commissions paid from their referrals, and put in place a way to email them once per week would be nice.

doesn’t ever show users the daily percentage or what they have earned each day

earnings are only viewable on cash out days — wednesday til midnight thursday

referral commissions are only viewable on thursday til midnight friday

earnings can only be requested on wednesday up until midnight server time the next day. If member does not request a cashout by midnight server time the next day (thursday)…..their earnings automatically rollover until the next pay run

HOW VENTURES MATURE!!!!!! -
Ventures mature when you get paid on them, and
each venture pays you double. (200%) If your earnings are $100, then 50 of your
ventures matured. See examples below.

WHEN ROLLING OVER YOUR EARNINGS
Take your total ventures; add your earnings amount divided by 2;
this will give you your total ventures after you rollover.
This is a simple formula for the process explained below.

HOW ROLLOVER WORKS: As an example only, suppose we were paying 10% weekly.
You have 100 ventures; so your earnings that week will give you earnings of $10.
Five (5) of your ventures matured to give you that $10.
(Each venture that matures pays you double.) Your prior balance of 100 ventures
is now 95. Add your earnings of 10 to your 95 and you have 105 ventures.
100 – 5 = 95; then 95 + 10 = 105

CASHING OUT 50%
Again you have 100 ventures and we’re paying 10%. Your earnings for
the week are $10. 5 ventures matured to give you the $10; so your
100 ventures becomes 95,but you cash out 5 of the 10 and rollover

I need a recurring 2×2 system that is tied up to AlertPay monthly subscription, with rules and mechanics below.

MX1 System Rules:

1) Entry price is $30, but I must have ability to modify this automatically and easily via Admin login.

2) The $30 recurs every month. For every recurring payment, the customer gets a new header or account in a separate matrix from his previous matrix, thus, he will have 12 separate matrices a year for each of the 12 months. Each of those matrices are not connected to each other. Its as if the member joins a new matrix program every month. (Important Note: recurring payments always go to a new matrix, and NOT anywhere inside a persons previous matrix even if that matrix is not yet filled up. In the new matrix, he may follow his sponsor there, but he can never be under his previous month’s matrix).

Also note that if a member fails to pay a monthly subscription, his downline ‘ROLLS UP’ or gets connected to the next available sponsor up.

3) SPILL OVER IS OK, but only within a slots 2×2 structure. If his structure is filled up, his new recruits goes to his new 2×2.

4) Of course, if a member has many referrals, it will cause him to fill his matrix and produce a new matrix. His further new referrals will go to this new slot. If this new matrix fills up with his many further referrals, he will have a new matrix again where the referrals will come in, and so on.

5) Commissions are only paid out to a person who fills up his own 2×2. Once a 2×2 is full, the person gets paid $100 (this must be easily modified via Admin).

6) Here is where the recycling is vital… ALL NEW RECYCLED ACCOUNTS GO TO THE NEXT AVAILABLE OPEN SLOT IN THE MEMBERS REFERRER. Down below under the line is a diagram of how this works.

NOTE: The first slot in the company, which is at the top, when it recycles, creates another slot at the top again (it’s second slot) at the same level as the first top slot. So as long as the top slot keeps recycling new top sllots are always created. For example…

7) In the backend, the genealogy tree must be clear. People can select ‘MATRIX 1′ to see their 1st Matrix. Then if they have already recycled or recurred in payments, they can view ‘MATRIX 2′, and so on.

AlertPay will be the pay processor. Please make it easy to auto-activate entries (after payments) and mass payout commissions (automatically at the 10th day of the month in just 1 click, based on performance up to the last day of the previous month).

9) Cut off is every last day of the month and payout is every 10th day of the next month. Between the last day of the month and the 10th day of the following month, the system lists down the accounts that failed to re-subscribe and accounts that canceled their subscriptions… and takes these accounts out of the system, thereby rolling up the paid subscribers to the next upline who is paid.

10) Product is a daily inspirational video package, so it’s viewable or downloadable. People must be sent a download link once they submit payment. Viewing or download system must be secured so not anyone can get its URL and download the products.

11) Members must be able to recruit new members using their sub-domain (i.e. subdomain.domain.com), and not just an affiliate link. So subdomains must automatically be created based on a new member’s username. When signing up, members must be able to check if subdomain is still available, so they can amend their choice username.

12) The admin and backend system must have the features present in the other 2×2 systems out there.

13) New recruits cannot join free. They must pay first before getting into the system.

I need a mysql database program that will do the following listed below. Member will access this database from within the Members Area in my Revenue Sharing Program. This database will not be connected to the other scripts database in no way.
This is a project that I need done right away, so if you accept it make sure you can devote the time to complete it right away.
It will most likely be an ongoing project and changes will need to be made as our program grows or needs change.

I have a revenue sharing site where Members purchase Ad Levels each week.
At the end of the week the total amount of Ad Levels they have is multiplied by a number the admin enters(Revenue Share).
This will give the Member their Revenue Share Earnings for the week.

The Members number of Ad Levels will decrease each week after the Revenue Share Earnings are posted. The amount the Ad Levels
decreased is determined by this formula. Previous number of Ad Levels – (Revenue Share Earnings divided by 2). This will be their
new Current Ad Level Balance.

Example
——-
Member buys a 10 Ad Levels on Tuesday and buys another 40 Ad Levels on Saturday.
This gives them a total of 50 Ad Levels.(10+40=50)
On Tuesday the Admin wants to pay each member .15 per Ad Level.
So this will give the Member 7.50 in Revenue Share Earnings. (50x.15=7.50)
Members new Ad Level balance will now decrease since they just got earnings.
(Previous number of Ad Levels – (Revenue Share Earnings divided by 2)), which will be (50 – (7.50/2))=46.25
This 46.25 will be the Members new Current Ad Level Balance.

Now, if the Member buys more Ad Levels they will be added to the new Current Ad Level Balance above. Example, if
they buy another 50 Ad Levels it will be (50+46.25=96.25).

The following week the process will repeat again but the calculations will be based on their new Current Ad Level Balance.
Which in the above example would be 96.25. The process will repeat over and over each week.

Commissions

Everytime someone makes a purchase of Ad Levels, I need to give the person who referred them a commission. I will need a field
to enter the commission amount when I enter Members purchases in the database. Will also need an Affiliate ID field.

Withdrawl Feature

Would like Member to be able to withdrawal from their Revenue Share Earnings if they have at least $5 or more in earnings.
When they make withdrawal I will need the following info from them: Member ID, Payment Processor, and Payment Processor ID.
This amount would be subtracted from their Revenue Share Earnings right away.

Rollover Feature

Here is another feature I would like added. If Member does not make a withdraw request of Revenue Share Earnings. I want an
Admin Feature that I can click a button and anything in the Members Revenue Share Earnings will be added to their
new Current Ad Level Balance. Once this is added to their balance their Revenue Share Earnings should be cleared.

VERY IMPORTANT—- Before the Members Revenue Share Earnings are moved over to their new Current Ad Level Balance. I need
to give the person who referred this member a commission of 15% on these Revenue Share Earnings. So, we would take .15 and
multiply it times the Members Revenue Share Earnings and post this amount in the Affiliates profile as a commission. Once
this is done we can then move the Members Revenue Share Earnings to their new Current Ad Level Balance.

Admin enters a Revenue Share amount each week. This is multiplied by each Members Current number of Ad Levels they have at the time.

Admin should be able to pull up a Revenue Share Earnings Withdraw Report with all info entered from Member.

Admin should be able to pull up a Commissions Earnings Withdraw Report with all info entered from Member.

Admin should be able to mark withdraw requests as Paid when Admin pays them.

Admin should have report features like total of all new Current Ad Level Balances.

Admin should be able to pull up a member by ID and display all activity of Member.

Admin should be able to list all Ad Level purchased and be able to sort by Member ID or date.

Admin should be able to list all commissions and sort by Member ID.

I want the Admin Functions to be as powerfull and flexible as we can make it.

I do not want Members to be able to access Admin functions.

Member Functions

Member should be able to enter their Member ID and have it display all their Ad Levels purchased, earnings posted to their account,

Member should also be able to see any commissions they have and be able to withdraw them if they have at least $5 or more in earnings.
When they make withdrawal I will need the following info from them: Member ID, Payment Processor, and Payment Processor ID.
This amount would be subtracted from their Commission Earnings right away.

Members should see any pending withdraw requests and they should state if they are Pending or Paid.

I only want Member to see their information only.

I need a PHP/MySql script that does a 2×2 recycling “FOLLOW ME” matrix similar to Infinity800 or EZ2x2. You may check out how it works in www.infinity800.com or www.ez2x2.com, but this script is modified a little bit.

I need a programmer who has already done a matrix script, and who knows how they recycle via a follow the referrer basis.

Here are the rules.

1) Entry price is $30, but I must have ability to modify this automatically and easily via Admin login.

2) The $30 recurs every month. For every recurring payment, the customer gets a new header or account in a separate matrix from his previous matrix, thus, he will have 12 separate matrices a year for each of the 12 months. (Important Note: recurring payments always go to a new matrix, and NOT anywhere inside a persons previous matrix even if that matrix is not yet filled up. In the new matrix, he may follow his sponsor there, but he can never be under his previous month’s matrix).

3) Commissions are only paid out to a person who fills up his 2×2. Once a 2×2 is full, the person gets paid $100.

4) Here is where the recycling is vital… ALL NEW RECYCLED ACCOUNTS GO TO THE NEXT AVAILABLE OPEN SLOT IN THE MEMBERS REFERRER. Below is a diagram of how this works.

5) Spill over by a member’s account is possible but only within his active 2×2 and not beyond that.

6) Of course, if he has many spill overs, it will coz him to fill his matrix and produce a new slot. His other referrals will go to this new slot. If this new slot fills up with his many referrals, he will have a new slot again where the referrals will come in, and so on.

7) Admin can spill over anywhere in the matrix to help everyone.

Admin can also make unlimited company direct accounts

9) In the backend, the genealogy tree must be clear. People can select ‘MATRIX 1′ to see their 1st Matrix. Then if they have already recycled or recurred in payments, they can view ‘MATRIX 2′, and so on.

10) AlertPay will be the pay processor. Please make it easy to auto-activate entries (after payments) and mass payout commissions (automatically at the 7th day of the month in just 1 click, based on performance up to the last day of the previous month).

11) Cut off is every last day of the month and payout is every 7th day of the next month.

12) Product is a daily inspirational video package, so it’s viewable or downloadable. People must be sent a download link once they submit payment. Viewing or download system must be secured so not anyone can get its URL and download the products.

13) Members must be able to recruit new members using their sub-domain (i.e. subdomain.domain.com), and not just an affiliate link. So subdomains must automatically be created based on a new member’s username. When signing up, members must be able to check if subdomain is still available, so they can amend their choice username.

14) The admin and backend system must have the features present in the other 2×2 systems out there.

15) New recruits cannot join free. They must pay first before getting into the system. But Admin can give free accounts.

10) Now look at this very carefully. Once John gets his 3rd account, SOUL WILL HAVE A COMPLETE 2×2, SO SOUL WILL HAVE A NEW ACOUNT IN THE NEXT AVAILABLE SLOT OF HIS SPONSOR. If he is company direct, a new company direct head for Soul will be created.

11) Then if John completes his 3rd account, he will go to the next available open slot of his sponsor Soul, which is at the 2nd account of Soul…

12) Now here’s the vital mechanic about the recurring payment… if Soul recurs payment after the examply in (11), his new slot will not go under Soul 02 because our rule is RECURRING PAYMENTS DO NOT GO UNDER A MEMBER’S PREVIOUS TRIANGLE. Thus for the recurring payment, Soul will have a new separate 03. The same is true with John. His new slot from recurring payment (his 5th slot), will not go under Soul’s 2nd account, but in the account of Soul that recurred for the second time, which is Soul 03. So the recurred diagram for them is…

In other words, a person’s 2nd month recurring will follow his sponsor’s 2nd month slot as well. A person’s 3rd month recurring will follow his sponsor’s 3rd month recurring as well, and so on.

script must track gateway subscriptions. i.e. paypal IPN reccuring
subscription, alertpay and 2checkout, clickbank. When a new member start monthly
subscription and then if member unsubscribe or stop from above gateway script
intantly either block that members to access login area plus it stops any
recurring commssions payments to affililiate. Script must show date when
this member stopped subscritpion payments.

PLEASE NOTE: Recurring commissions will not be for OTO Sales. For OTO will be only one time commssions for every sale which script already have.
