Our membership and database is growing and the script seems to struggle with the amount of transactions, takes very long to execute and then seems to time out.

Our mlm commission script pays bonus commissions for reaching certain points levels.

For reaching 1000 points you earn x amount, 2000 points you earn y amount and 4000 points you earn z amount which is added to your normal commission.

The commission script works 100% and inserts the bonuses where a member crosses a single points level in one commission period but we have experienced great growth the past 2-3 months so much so that some members cross 2 levels (for example 1000 + 2000 or 2000 + 4000 points) in one commission period and now the script does not add the bonuses as it is only programmed to calculate and insert bonuses if one points level is crossed in a commission period.

Our marketing team is working with call centers and individuals in efforts to increase the amount of businesses we can reach by November of 2012.

Each qualified appointment will simply consist of the decision maker (title will vary depending on business type and size) to agree for our technician to come out to service their security system. This project is being launched nationally and call centers are now being assigned territory for this project. The goal is to reach out to the decision makers of every business in the US to make them aware of this government program.

Call center’s ROI indications:
4 out of 10 decision makers agree to book this service as it is a government program and not for a profit sale pitch. It will take 20-30 phone calls to reach 10 decision makers. We will provide you with training specific to this project to make these numbers a reality. Call centers will have CRM accounts and reference numbers as messages may be left at the businesses with your own reference number along with the 1-800 number to track appointments made and call backs (call backs with your call centers reference number can have the calls transferred to your center to book the appointment). Should your call center not be equipped with receiving inbound call capability, the call will be transferred to another call center and commission will be split. Your CRM account will track call backs with your assigned reference code and additional commission earned after the appointment is booked.

Salary schedule:
Each booked service call will pay out a commission of $10 to the call centers or individuals. With over 20 million businesses in the US, the generated income for each call center can be very significant.
Additional income for call centers or individuals will be had should the business qualify for additional services. The commission for the additional services is much higher with a range of $25 to $75. Once the business has the initial visit by our technician, they are qualified for several additional programs which carry a commission range of $25 to $75. Your CRM account will show if the business qualified for the additional services, if they did you must follow up with them and set another appointment. The second appointment has a commission range of $25 to $75.

Guidelines for non call center applicants:
Individuals applying will be assigned to groups with individual marketing managers. Reference numbers for call back will be for the whole group. You may leave a callback number with the teams reference number. Commission for the team’s reference number will be split up among the team members. Please note that appointments booked individually, have no commission splits among its team members. When you book an appointment yourself, you will receive the full commission from that account. Splitting commission among team members only applies for callbacks when you leave a message with your team’s reference number along with our 1-800 numbers.

Additional Notes:
Call centers of any size will be accepted for this project. Compliance details will be provided for call centers accepted for this project. Please note that should we decide to accept you in working with us, we will work with you in making your call center compliant with our requirements.

Very important:

I understand that dealing with utf-8 encoding can be a pain in the ass for programmers but you must find a way for the system to send e-mails using Unicode encoding so that greek characters are supported in the subject and body of the e-mail..

VERY IMPORTANT:
Script should integrate with both 2CO recurring products and Paypal subscription buttons.. I am not using any type of shopping cart just plain subscription buttons..

I am also thinking of installing two instances of the script on my server using different folders and database settings.. I imagine there would be no problem doing that.. If not, please let me know how to do it or modify the script accordingly..

I don’t need the design for this script only functioning..

We might need to further develop this script so the programmer who bids must be ready to support us in the future, regarding this project..

A readme file must be provided by the programmer with installing instructions and migrate instructions in case I change server..

Members join this firm by depositing a token amount and collect commission on sale basis.

Mainly this system has the following sections-

1. Associate Management-

Member (they are called associates) joing form attached (associate form.jpg).
They join under a member always. 1 is their lowest rank and 15 is the highest.
Whenever a member brings business they get a spot commission and the entire hierchy above him gets commissions.

At the end of the month commissions are disbursed.
Cheque payment is not allowed for ‘Spot’ commissions.

This script is already configured to upgrade members after payment but they have to enter their username and Alertpay account for the system to update them. What I need is the Alertpay IPN integrated in the script so after payment members will be upgraded automatically without the need to fill out the form first.
Because the membership fee is a recurring fee I need a little modification that will allow me to renew subscriptions after members have paid the recurring fee. When I renew the subscription all affiliates need to receive their commission again (it’s a multi level affiliate program). There already is an option to add commission to accounts but it needs to be automated when I renew a subscription so all affiliates will receive their recurring commission again.

I have a demo ready to see the admin area to understand how the script works if needed.

Hello,

First, here is an overview of my system. Whenever a member
purchases points and the payment status is “instant” or
the E-check status comes back as “Completed”, the points
are added to the member’s account, the commission is added
his referrer’s account and an email is sent to the
referrer.

Sometimes PayPal’s IPN fails. When this happens, the
url_package_fee table is not updated, the points are not
updated to the member’s account, the referrer’s
commissions are not updated to his account and the email is
not sent to the referrer.

When the PayPal’s IPN fails, I search the url_package_fee
table (this is where the details of the purchases are
updated) to see if the transaction was updated there.
Sometimes the info is there and sometimes it’s not. So it
would be hard for me to tell if the referrer’s commissions
were updated to his account when the PayPal’s IPN fails.

So in order to help me to determine if the referrer’s
commissions where updated to his account when the IPN fails,
please do the following:

Note: Attached is my PayPal IPN file (notify.php) so you can
see the exact code. The only thing you will need to do is
create the commission history table and in the notify.php
file, have the script update this table whenever the payment
status is “Instant” or when the E-check status comes back
as “Completed”.

Below is what needs to be done:

1) Create a Commission History table and name it
“url_commission_history”

In this table put the following variables: (Note: Most of
these variables can be found in the url_package_fee table).

- $user_id (This would be the referrer’s user id which is
the person who is receiving the commissions)

- The commission amount (This is the amount the referrer
received as commission from the purchase). This variable is
already in the notify.php file.

- $package_name

- $buy_date

- $payment_type

- $trans_id

- $user_id (This would be the user id of the referral which
is the member who made the purchase)

- When the transaction status comes back as “Instant” or
the E-check status comes back as “Completed”, the
url_package_fee table is updated, the points are updated to
the member’s account who just made the purchase, the
commissions are updated to the referrer’s account and the
referrer is sent the email. Now right after the email is
sent to the referrer, the last thing the IPN should do is
update the “url_commission_history” table.

Now let’s say that the IPN fails. (Note: Sometimes there is
a partial failure meaning the url_package_fee table is
updated Only and sometimes there is a full IPN failure
meaning the url_package_fee table, the points and the
commissions are not updated and the email is not sent to the
referrer). I always know if there is some kind of IPN
failure, because the points are never updated to the
member’s account.

So when there is one of these failures, I should be able to
go to the “url_commission_history” table to see if it was
updated, since this table is updated last in the IPN
process. Now if the transaction is not in the
“url_commission_history table, I can assume that the
commissions were not updated and that the email was not sent
to the referrer.

The goal here is to be able to accurately determine if the
commissions were added to the referrer’s account whenever
there is a partial or full IPN failure. Let me know what you
think is the best way to logically solve this problem.

- Whenever I delete a member from the admin panel, the
script should check the “url_commission_history” table and
delete all records in this table pertaining to that member.
(I delete member’s account from the admin panel, by click
on the “User Management” link, clicking on the email
address of that member and then clicking on the “Delete”
button underneath his account details).

******* NOTE: The commission history table should only be
updated when the payment status is “Instant” or the
E-check status comes back as “Completed”.

2) Commissions Not Added When E-check is completed. The
following problem only exists when an E-check comes back as
“Completed”. When a payment status is “Instant”, every
thing is working fine.

User ID# 4194 E-check was completed. The points were added
to his account which is correct. But here are the problems:

- The commissions were not added to his referrer’s account
User ID# 4193

- And User ID# 4193 did not receive the referrer’s
commission notification email.

The code is already there, you will just need to figure out
why the commission is not being added to the referrer’s
account and why the email is not being sent to him when an
E-check comes back as “Completed”.

3) Url’s not hyperlinked when I send a Plain Text email to
ALL members.

Whenever I send a Plain Text email to all member’s, the
url’s in that email are never hyperlinked. The url’s
should be hyperlinked. You can log into my admin control
panel and click on the “E-mail Members” links to check
this.

I need to integrate commisson junction affiliate code in my magento’s order confirmation page. I have a great little script that allows me to pay a 100% commission to my affiliates, and directly to their PayPal account without anything to do on my side.
That’s great but there is a little downside to this script. It has been made to sell one product. It means that if I want to sell 3 or 4 products on the same domain name, I have to install the script 4 times.

Therefore, my request is that you modify a bit this script for that I can:
- install it once per domain name
