Zencart Or Os Commerce Work

Hi,

I need a little modification to either Zencart, or to OS Commerce whatever you suggest.

I want you to make one page, where I can go and select the template/theme from already available themes/template I want to apply, without logging into admin panel. This can be done by modifying the already available template choice page but I want just the very basic function of choosing template, and no other features or links on this page, and no login needed for this page.

Please remember I am working on a tight budget, so please keep your bids reasonable.

Please show me your zencart and OSC work, or CRELOADED work, or even any other cart you suggest where I can do this. I have complete code for ecommerce at www.pakistangifts.net , but thats not template driven, so if you can make it template driven I will be happy to pay additional because that is my first choice.
