WE need a experienced magento commerce developer to fix a couple of issue for our ecommerce storefront asap.

I am attempting to build a question and answer site similar to just answer dot com if you would like to get an idea of the type of site with some of the same features, but different format. You go to the site and ask a question in a category (electronics, computers, etc) for a price. The expert gets involved and and can then lock the question or give it up. When the question gets answered, the customer then accepts the answer and pays the person answering the question. The site gets a percentage of pay as does the expert answering the question.

Pooling many small lenders into one loan, reverse auction bidding on interest rate writing the loan for the top tranche of lowest interest bids until the loan amount is achieved. All the back office administration to complete this.
