Project Details:

My client has a cakephp application that with the interaction of the user generates an digital output (MP3, .avi, images, …). They want to plug an ecommerce solution to enable the users to purchase this on-the-fly digital content they generate.
Therefore, they want to integrate a joomla/virtuemart solution that will integrate this digital content. The users would be able to purchase the output and download it.

This integration includes:
- Customization of the user account page with preview of the previously downloaded files.
- Configure VM to have different categories of downloads
- Integration of on-the-fly digital content into virtuemart product categories
- Light Customization of VM to communicate with cakephp app
- Alert module customization for the digital product.
(once the digital content is generate an alert is sent by email and on the user account page)

Joomla and virtuemart are already installed on our server. They use PHP5/Mysql.

I can’t yet show you the app for disclosure reason. However this should matter, the output is a digital content (videos, mp3, images, ebook) that is generated by the users and stored currently in a folder.

Deliverables:

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer’s environment–Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer’s environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

I have a very customized web site (shop holly days dot com) that is currently running on Creloaded 6.3. I want to upgrade to Creloaded 6.4. Also, the programmer that took our design and integrated it with Creloaded did a good job…almost. Sometimes there are errors when a client places an order. Such as some of the text that the client types in during the order process gets truncated and we do not see everything that the client typed for us to see.

Sometimes, items will not get deleted from a cart when you click on remove from cart.

Things such as this…I would like for you to upgrade us to 6.4 version and also check the coding for errors.

I have the free version of Creloaded 6.4. I do not think it comes with the subproducts feature. This is only in the Pro version and higher.

Can you install the subproducts feature in my site?

This will allow me to have a product (such as a T-Shirt) in different sizes. It will also allow me to keep stock/inventory for each size for that main product.

I need single page checkout, but I need to remove some fields, and add some others. This will be a “gift delivery” store, so I need the customer to fill in information about the recipient on this checkout page, IE. NAME, ADDRESS, DATE and TIME for the delivery, MESSAGE to the recipient, etc.

Al this info should be shown on the order confirmation screen, should be stored in the order Database, and should be sent by email to the customer once he places the order.

The shipping methods and payment methods should work with any contribution that I will install later (by default this work this way as its based on the “one page checkout” contribution posted above.)

The cart is fully installed and integrated and passes the order correctly over to the credit card processor (authorize.net). After processing the order, the user is transfered back to the cart.
I want the order status in oscommerce to be updated by authorize response [approved- declined..etc]
