Need a person who is familiar with Cogzidel RBS (Reverse Bidding Software).
Modify the open source software so that user can start listing a project without logging in. (When user fill in project information and click on “list project”, it will ask user to log in or register if the user is not logged in and after log in or register, user can preview “project information” just filled and continue listing. )
