QR-Codes are two dimensional barcode (datamatrix) that is designed to have it’s contents decoded at a high speed.
I need someone to develop a QR-Code reader that is designed to allow the scanning of barcodes, including QR-Codes via mobile phone. I need a QR-Code reader that allows one to do more than just scanning. I should be able to save my favorite QR-Codes and save my history of actions. I will also require the source code after development.
