HTML coding of website designed. Photoshop files with design ready for coder. After coding, we will need an entire CMS built to maintain the site going forward.

Looking to create a CMS and backend for a website im developing, the website is going to be similar to clantemplates[dot]com

i need the users to be able to register, and also download files
the guests can only view files.

We need a custom directory. Please do not bid if you can not complete project within 5 days with all specifications.

Site should be similar to: le*gal*x.*net (remove *)

We have a list of 9400 cities with the city, state, state acronym list. This list will need to be integrated.

Front End Requirements:

1) Site will be similar to above site without the category functionality.
2) URLs will have to be SEO friendly (homepage.com/state/city/inner page)
3) It will have to be adsense optimized
4) The cities must support multiple pages with dynamic menus. These menus will be templated and managed through the backend.
5) All information (logo, text box, blog info) must be managed through the backend and be entirely text based.
6) The city pages will all be templated. For example, if the city page topic were jewelry stores, I would need to make one page in the backend and all cities would have the jewelry store page in exactly the same spot. This feature must CREATE the pages. This feature will also be needed to mass edit and delete the pages. I will still need to edit the pages individually.
7) All pages must be W3 validated with no errors.
The city pages must have 2 templates: 1) customary directory (with text below listings two levels of listing) and 2) an ad boxed text based page setting (where at the bottom there are text boxes which act as referral boxes)

H3
Meta Description
Meta Keyword
Content
Image
Image Title
Image Alt
Ad Box
These will be edited through the backend.

Back End Requirements:

1) All data must be organized for fast navigation
2) Everything must support spinner syntax (www.jetspinner.com)
3) Each city, state, and the entire site must have RSS feeds. There must be a feature to export all RSS feeds with the information broken into entire then state, then cities.
4) Cities, state, and the entire site must produce reports which display number of views and clicks on ads.
5) The pages must support the following php values: $state, $city, $st. These will be used to give values which are dependent on the location
6) I must be able to choose the number of ad boxes per city, and once all ads are filled the city will automatically conver to the “filled” category. The filled and unfilled categories can be browsed in the backend. Members cannot purchased ads on filled cities
7) If a city is filled and an advertiser wants to place an ad on that city, they will have to enter their email so they can be notified if their city opens up.
there will need to be multiple price levels. For example, we will need to be able to assign a value ($15) to one set of cities and another ($10) to another. If the typical directory listing is used these price categories will apply to all cities and will allow users to select a platinum level or gold level membership.
9) Must be able to export the URLs in various ways. More information will be given upon project acceptance.

Membership Requirements:

1) Payments must be processed through Google Checkout or Paypal
2) Members must be able to select multiple cities to purchase
3) Once subscribed, Members will need to be able to input their information for the listing in their ad box
4) They must be charged monthly
5) Each month they will be sent traffic and clicks from the site and their cities as a whole

We will need to be able to backup the entire site with one click and completely move it to another domain and URL. The entire site must be secure.

I need a content management system that is very easy to use. I want to be able to delete and add text and pictures to all areas of the website. I would also need to be able to change the titles of the tabs. Of course I would need to add or delete articles in the article section also. I would need the system to be explained to me in a simple written description or an explanation on skype, unless it is truly really easy to use.

Currently have a site that is built on a LAMP architecture. Specifically using PHP 4 and the underlying structure should be updated to current releases.

Site currently uses a home grown CMS that is based on a geographical hierarchy.

It was originally built as a ppc bid model, but that functionality is not currently being used as we have set up current customers on a tenancy basis.

Items that need to be addressed.

Self service modules need to be updated to allow customers to signup, create and maintain ads, and review performance. (additional instrumentation is needed for full statistics)

Admin modules need to be updated to allow tiered access (writer, editor, admin)

social networking and other user functionality needs to be expanded. (share offers, save package, refer a friend)

CMS should be expanded to manage multiple sites, etc.

KEY is for it to work with out XCART and other SOFTWARES an in integrated and single signer FASHION, so that users are not forced to create multiple USERNAMES for each SOFTWARE (like ECOM, CMS itself and social networking software).

We need programmer who can program in Perl, for our website. We wish to have the contents of our website imported, along with all forms, etc to the new CMS of Webgui. ALL contents and information will be provided with additional details once you are sure that you wish to work with us.

Webgui is a robust CMS and is being used by various US Govt agencies. We like it because of its ability to offer various security features. It will replace our current PHP based CUSTOM CMS.

We also wish to have a Webcam software that can synch up with the Database, for users of our website.

We have a very interesting project coming up and im searching for the right people to have here with us. We will begin with a complete site and then we want to have a business relation for updates every 6 month.

The site is for people that have trouble with their car/cars and are searching for a car mechanic in their Area. I have made a zip with a Sitemap for what i need and also a very fast sketch in Illustrator showing the different parts in the site. Im searching for someone with experience but can work fast.
