Im trying to create a clone for the following site:

It works the following way.
People are able to “adopt” the images, take a code, and put the “adoptables” (ie animals) on their own sites / messages boards / forums.
Whenever someone clicks on the image of the “adoptable”, it levels up the adoption (i.e. gives it ‘clicks’ or ‘votes’).

When the adoption reaches a certain level/number of clicks, the adoptable will evolve and a new image will be displayed for the adoptable.

Each adoption has 4 stages of evolution before achieving adulthood.
Also, if the adoptable doesn’t receive a certain amount of clicks by a certain date, the adoptable dies.

ex: The adoptable can have 10 days to hatch from an egg into a baby. If it doesn’t receive 20 clicks in that period, the adoptable dies and an empty egg is left in its place.

People are also able to create their own adoptables by uploading different images for the stages of evolution for each adoptable. They are able to name the species, and have other visitors adopt their species.

Some necessary features
1) Register for an account
2) Create their own pet (with all four stages includindg the “pet died” stage)
3) Share their pet with other users.
ex: if i create an adoptable, my friends should be able to adopt it too.
4) The eggs must have a link below them that states what level they are at.
5) I should be able to approve all newly created adoptables before the visitors can adopt them.
6) People should be able to edit their adoptable. (instead of having to create a whole new one), but i should still have to approve the changes to that.
