Clone/customize Template

I am looking for someone to clone the following template
http://www.templatemonster.com/flash-templates/24134.html and to customize it for my restaurant guide magazine. Mostly it will be
small customizations , the only big one is to add a subscribe button
where users can enter their details to subscribe , and that information
is kept in a back end admin panel where i can view it.
