Website For Neurofeedback 2

We need a website for our non-profit. We combine a rather technical service called neurofeedback and Christian character training to disadvantaged populations.

While educating site visitors is obviously a necessity, having the foundation and structure designed for future development is my greatest concern.

While we do not have an onus to provide privacy for our clients and donors, we shall follow the our country’s privacy acts to the best of our ability–2 of our board members are judges.

Our prospective clients and donors need to be able to register for services or give to the project they desire in secure pages only they and staff can access. The clients should be forwarded to another data page to get social, medical, educational, behavioral, and spiritual histories. the donors should have an acknowledgement document automatically generated suitable for tax purposes.

Clients will eventually have online assessments, ongoing session evaluations, and follow-up assessments.

Online scheduling is a necessity. We have multiple training sites, multiple trainers, and multiple clients. Clients, staff, and bookeepers need to have online access to session schedules, changes in schedules, and billing.

Video testimonials and instructions will be added. Also, video expressions of gratitude function where staff can upload a short statement of appreciation to donors from themselves or clients.

The site will need to have the capability of receiving payments and donations.

A newsletter section.

I see the need for 3 main databases: one for donations, another for scheduling/billing, and complex,massive database containing client personal data, assessment data, and training progress.

I’m servicing two kinds of clients:
1) WEBSITE OWNERS who find my site, look at my pricelist, tick the services and the quantity they want, register (or login for repeat customers) and buy online. These kind of clients will be directed to a Paypal gateway, will get a thank you page when returning from paypal and receive a confirmation email automatically sent. For each item on the pricelist they will get a different email detailing what the client needs to send in order to get the work started. All the communication will be using a messageboard (similar to the one here, on SL), where a client or the provider (me) can attach files of up to 5M. When initiating new correspondence the provider selects a job status (pending/ in work/ complete).

2) AGENCY CLIENTS who contact me directly or offline and with whom I have special arrangements. For these clients, the provider (me) should be able to log as admin and create a username/password and a customized order with specific items and change the prices. The provider then sends the link to the order page to the agency client. The agency logs in and places an order, pays via paypal and the same procedure happens with this type of clients.

- I am selling online marketing services. The site should be 100% seo optimized.
- Admin should be able to generate sales reports on both types of client.
- Admin will be able to generate report on work status.
- Client area will have a history of all the purchases and their status, price and messageboard correspondences

Background:
We are trying to measure our annual workload, across our clients. The input file lists events that occur seasonally for each client. Each client + season + event_type combination has certain tasks associated with them, and those tasks queue off of the events to start and end. So, for instance, we might build invoices (we’ll call it ‘task_1′) starting 14 days after event type_A occurs at a client, and ending 3 days before the next event_type_B at the same client. Each task has specific rules for which event_types they queue off of (see: “Task Rules” below). This is what I want to know: On a given day of the year, how many clients are we performing task_1 for? How many clients are we performing task_2 for that same day? etc.

Requirements:
* IMPORTANT: Please optimize your code for readability, rather than efficiency–I don’t care how slowly it runs; I need to be able to read it. I have some programming knowledge, but please err on the side of simplicity and modularity.
* I would prefer this in Python, maybe C#, but any common scripting language will do (if you can’t do it in those).

Input: “DatesToBeProcessed Sample.csv”
* This is the exact format of the input file, with one exception: I nulled the client names.
* Iterate through the dates in range (make range all of 2011)
* Apply the rules below to sum how many clients for which we’re performing each task on a given date in range.
* Allow for updating or adding task rules.
* Do not count events for clients with #N/A in the team column towards any task’s sum.

Output: “sample output.csv”
* This file is an example of the output I’m looking for, with random output for sums of clients under each task.

Task Rules:
I can handle the specific rules, as long as you can give me a way to handle something like this example:
Example: We are performing task_2 for a given client if today is between 14 days after event_type_a of a season with major_status of 1 (Boolean), and 7 days before event_type_b of the next season with major_status of 1.

I guess, looking at this, you’ll first need to iterate through the input file and get a (list? array? dictionary? I don’t know the right term) of seasons, each with an array of events…

Custom Idx And Crm Website Implementation

This project calls for the creation of a custom IDX and CRM website with WordPress integration.

I have also attached several screen captures of these websites to display functionality only – again, design will be different. Programmer will be given Photoshop files as templates for the design of the site.

I am not partial to any particular programming language as long as the system works as advertised.

Please DO NOT bid on this project if you are not familiar with or have not worked with IDX data feeds in the past. There will be one milestone payment once the IDX portion of the website is completed. There will be a second milestone payment once the WordPress integration is completed. Final payment will be made after the CRM back end portion of the site is complete.

Client Control Panel
Client should be able to save/browse/delete properties saved as favorites
Client should be able to save/edit searches
Client should be able to build a profile with picture, contact information and other fields. Be able to add secondary client name, phone and email. Should be able to save lender/inspector information.

WordPress Integration
Wordpress should be integrated so that blog posts can be added to the site.
Should be possible for administrator to easily create IDX links for blog entry. For instance, create blog entry from single listing, or link of sold homes for previous week.

Automated E-mails
Either daily or weekly (determined by client) site should send updated properties to client by e-mail. E-mails will show selective properties based on search criteria saved by client.

Administrator Client Retention Management
Administrators should be able to see all activities of clients. There should be tabs to view active leads/current clients/contracts/settled clients/Discarded Clients

Toggle E-mail alerts should be sent to administrator each time a client:
1. Registers
2. Saves a favorite property
3. Requests a showing
4. Sends listing to a friend
5. Prints a listing

Administrator should be able to add tags to clients. For instance, administrator could add the tag “Military” to a client and could later search all clients for those with the Military tag.

Administrator should be able to create custom e-mail templates. When looking at client detail page, Administrator should be able to click on an e-mail template and the template should automatically populate with client’s information and send from administrator’s email address.

Sale Tracker
Administrator should be able to fill in information on client sale from a table. Alerts should be sent to Administrator based on certain timed events. For instance, if a certain task is not checked within 7 days, an alert is sent via email to the agent.
Administrator should be able to enter contact information for lenders, inspectors, etc. associated with a client. Once contact info is entered, there should be an option to save this information for use with other clients later. Administrator should also be able to send a template email to these additional contacts.

Client Search Function
Administrator should be able to search through clients using any stored criteria or activities. For instance, administrator should be able to sort clients by how many visits they have made, how many phone calls, etc.

Site should track certain client behavior and complete actions based on this behavior. For instance, if client saves a property as a favorite, the site should send an automated email asking if the client needs additional information on the property (e-mail templates to be provided).

Management
System should have a follow up date option. Automated follow up date should be adjustable by administrator. Date should automatically change on certain events. For instance, if administrator logs a telephone call, the follow up date should automatically advance one day.

System should use automated reverse white page search on phone number and provide any information from this search. Also, if administrator logs a phone call and says he spoke to client the site should automatically change the status of the phone number to verified.

Craigslist Integration
On the back end, administrator should be able to choose a listing from the IDX feed and automatically post a listing to Craigslist (ad template to be provided by administrator).

Client Distribution
Multiple agents should be able to register for the site. Administrator should be able to set criteria for leads to be automatically assigned to various agents. Criteria should include but not be limited to location, price range.

IF activated when the history page is changed an email is sent to the clients specified email address with details of the update..ie Document xxdocname.pdf has been added to order number XX.

Click on any document on a status page to view / download the document.

The tool would have an administration login where we can:
1. Set a MUST READ message for a particular client
2. Add new client, automatically email login information
3. Select the client to edit
4. Add new order
5. Update the orders status
6. Upload documents

Hi, I have developed my own custom CMS Website Template that I am selling to my clients…

I am worried that after i install my template on a clients domain, the client can copy the template and give it to a friend for free.

Is there a way that i can protect my work WITHOUT using Zend or IonCube (as some of my clients servers do not support these plug-ins)

I Need help uncovering potential niches, keywords for those niches and also keywords for existing niches.

Using tools like Market Samurai, Micro Niche Finder etc.

A final report, showing the best keywords/niche to target (based on the demand/competition data from market samurai)would also be great.

Hopefully a deal can be negotiated based on bulk orders, as I have many clients that need this work done on a regular basis.

You must provide a methodology, design, Java Implementation and results.

Step 1 (part 1 is TCP/UDP communication with multiple clients)
This project is an implementation of a TCP and an UDP client-server system, simulating multiple clients (At Most 10) with a single server. You must simulate at least 5 clients with one server.
The error correction policy of TCP must be implemented on the UDP connections, each client must support both interfaces, TCP and UDP, and support the error correction policies of TCP, including but not limited to.

1) The server can go down, the clients wait, all messages in progress will continue, as if they were not interrupted,
2) Messages that are sent to particular client must only go to that client.
3) A client can be shut down, once restored, will continue with the interaction to the server.
4) The server must record the number of clients that are currently connected.
5) There will be no data lost during the execution of the simulation, in either TCP or UDP
