Needs to be a 100% complete (frontend and backend administration).

Site should be easy to re-skin.
* We must have the full source — no encoded scripts
* Preference is given to scripts already completed with quick delivery
* Should have a basic design already in place
* Code should be clean and commented
* The same gateway for payment: telephone fee charge (code) + paypal
* Coding has to be SEO friendly!!!
* Similar layout but changed graphic needed, developers should be creative enough to implement their ideas as well.
