I need a classified website done, similar to kijiji.ca in many aspects. It was being developed in Cake PHP framwork….close to 50% is done …current web developer cannot work for a while on the project so looking for someone to complete it.

As i said it has to be completed in Cake PHP framework, using latest web-development tools such as ajax, web 2.0 and all the latest techiniques out there. I am not a web designer or developer but here are the requirements:

I do not need a separate site for each city like kijiji has toronto.kijiji.ca, vancouver.kijiji.ca… IN fact mine has all the states and cities listed in a selection box which a user can select and then either post an ad in the selected city or search for ads in that city.
and users do not have to register to post an ad. users who do not want to register can simply post an ad using an email address but would have to confirm it each time but registered users can post the ad immediately.
on the results page on top would be featured ads (paid by users to be displayed on top)

also PHPBB forum has to be integrated as well….kijiji has phpbb but now phpbb has phpbb 3.0 available….so that needs to be succesfuly implemented.
paypal integration as well for the users who want to promote their ads.

finally the admin panel needs to be developed ..some of the key features in admin panel should be delete/edit ads, block a user by email or ip adress ….delete scammers accounts and all the security features that should be there for a secure site…

WHat is already done is the posting of the ad and browsing of ads…what is left is the mamngement of ads for registered users and admin panel, etc….

CHosen bidder will be provided with a powerpoint presentation with step by step and detailed instructions….
ONly serious programmers/developers please….we would prefer a team of developers over a individual developer…not only would it save time but also other developers can manage even if one cannot work for any reason. project has to be done within a month…..I need a complete website ready to launch..and we may keep the same team for site maintenance and future changes to the website. so a creative, optimistic, and dedicated, developing team would be our first choice.

We also posted this project yesterday to see if we receive any bids at all but resonse was awesome so today i am postign the same project with exact requirements.

P.S. yesterday’s project was to be done from scratch and average bid was close to $ 1200.00 but it is close to 50% done so programmers who placed a bid yesterday, adjust your bid accordingly based on the requirements.
