You need mysql, PHP, joomla and a bit javascript skills to solve the needed tasks.

We want a new user “agency” on our joomla project, this type of user should be able to create new entrys into a database for new clients. The form(s) are already there and made with chronoforms.

task needed details:

1. add “register” form for user type “agency” (mainly a copy of a existing one, with some modification)
2. agency get a automatic ID number (Number +1) after regis
3. agency is able to create a new account for new client (the forms with database connection (save) are already there).
4. Each new entry has to get the ID of agency in database
5. you have to modify the registration, that it will takes two email adresses, and the agency email adress multiply times. (so the new client gets the login data and a copy goes to the agency)
6. Agency number needs to be on invoice
7. In register email for new client there must be the contact data from agengy integrated.

All agencys (after login ofcause), must have a mask (done by chronoforms or a free tool/free plugin) to gather own adresses/business contacts, saved in a separate database. With phonenumbers, type of contacts, a history of calls (enter own text) and so on…..

The agency must have also a own calendar, where they can put appointments (text). Like recall company XXXX….

The admin must have access to all adresses from all agencys.

It up to you to use and install a free solution or create a selfmade solution with chronoforms. At least it must work.

Don’t bid if you can’t start immediately. No payments if the job is not done. We have a budget of 150$ for this task.

Joomla Job Site With Cf/cc/cb

We are almost finished with a Joomla Website using chronoforms and ChronoConnectivity and we need some help working out a few kinks. We would need this work done A.S.A.P. (As Soon As Possible).

We would also need someone with a strong internet connection and excellent communication to ensure that this project is getting done in a timely manner.

The site is a Job Website that will allow people to post jobs and others to post resumes and have each group search them out. However we need to charge a fee for the employers of the website to post a job available. A lot of the website and its forms are done already however we are stuck in a few areas and need some help getting this done.

1. The site is separated into 2 groups, Contractors and Health Care Providers and when either registers they are automatically put into that group using a Component called AEC. When in the admin, we would like to see it actually say…. Contractor if a contractor signs up and Provider if a Health Care Provider signs up. Not Registered and Special like it normally would in a joomla site.

CONTRACTOR – When a Contractor Posts a Resume, we need it to go into a database and just like a job site have only some of the information shown to group called PROVIDER searching that info. The Provider, who has submitted a job, would need to PAY to see the blocked information. We would also need to create a way for the CONTRACTOR to apply for any given job posted.

PROVIDER – When a Providers posts a job, we need it to go into a database just like above only the contractor, when searching the site, is not restricted in anyway as far as searching. The Contractor can search out jobs on our website just like any other job site.

We are using Chronoforms to make SPECIFIC Registration forms to register either a provider or contractor on the site. Two different forms are used so we cannot have the same registration page for both.

2. We would like our users to feel secure when registering and purchasing on our site so when they register and log in we need it to be https://. We have purchased an SSL but we are unsure how to set this up through Joomla/Chronoforms with out getting errors.

3. Connecting it all together – We would need a seamless back end admin that is easy to use and figure out or explain to others so that we can effectively manage the contractors and the providers. We would need something with ChronoConectivity to show each one with what they submitted.

4. Creating a ‘my account’ type page – We have installed and started to use CB Community Builder to make an account page for people to use. We want people to be able to manage thier account online and to change the info they submitted.

This project is VERY time sensetive and we would need this done As Soon As Possible with out cutting corners or rushing through it.

Joomla/chronoforms Site Help

Hello,

I am almost finished with a site using chronoforms and I need some help working out a few kinks and making it happen. I am willing to pay someone for their time to help me get this done as soon as possible.

The site is a Job Website that will allow people to post jobs and others to post resumes and have each group search them out. However we need to charge a fee for the employers of the website. A lot of the website and its forms are done already however we are stuck in a few areas and need some help getting this done hopefully this weekend if possible.

1. Auto Login – Set in Chronoforms component but for some reason it does not work on all browsers and if it does auto log you in upon registration then the log in form on the page does not say that but goes to the thank you page with log in fields still there. no, hello user like normal.

2. SSL work with IE – We are not sure how this comes into play but, we want our clients to feel that they are secure with the information posting on our site. We have a certificate but for some reason cannot get it to work well with Joomla or the forms in chronoforms.

3. Different Access Levels – We need to set up the chronoform so that when a contractor registers at our site that they go into the group called ‘Contractors’. As well as with the health care providers that register, they go into a group called ‘Providers’ both with menus appropriate to their group. I have a Access Control Component that I am using to set this up but so far it is not working the way we want.

5. Hooking Registration – Being we are hooking all this together, I would need to show who submitted what resume and what provider posted what job in the back admin. I have used chronoconnectivity and got some of this done however, not sure how to get past this one part.

6. Creating a ‘my account’ type page – This is so that the person logged in can see what they posted and such.

7. No Contact Info – With that said, we need to somehow show all this information with contact info missing so people actually pay us for this information. We need certain info to show so both groups can choose, either a job or resume and we can secure payment from them before giving contact info out.

Fix Fabrik/ Chronoforms Joomla

I have a site in Joomla with some 3 few forms, and having some very persistant issues with these forms. I also need a new form done in chronoforms (total, 4 email forms on the site)

Problems to resolve:

1) Fix email cofirmation redirect with quick contat form (this is on the left column of all pages, minus homepage). The email, once submitted, does not redirect and a “loading” icon flashes but does not reidrect . The form is done in Fabrik, and I’ve told 2 programmers advise to convert to Chronoform to fix this issue. If you can work with fabrik, fine, if not, convert to Chrono.

2) Add “required” field to quick contact form.

3) Improve email format for quick contact form. Currently I receive the email as a long string of text, I would like to format this properly.

4) Ensure quick contact form emails to my client and include my email in cc.

5) Create new form – dealer registration page. I will provide fields. Please use chronoform

6) Ensure “submit your deals” form is working properly. It’s a simply chronoform with an image upload feature but it appears the image is not attaching to message.

All these issues need to be worked on immediately, preferably right after I select your bid. I will provide admin and ftp info upon bid selection.

If everything goes smoothly, there will be more upcoming work on this site.

Help With Chronoforms

Hello,

I have a website that uses EZAutos from Raptor Services.

To post a car takes 3 steps

1. Joomla registration
2. EZAutos profile creation
3. Posting car info

I want a form that combines 1 + 2

I have ALREADY created the form with the required fields.

You need to configure the form to work like this…

1. User logs in
2. user clicks on link in user menu and is taken to the form
3. All fields are empty UNLESS the user has an EZAutos profile in place, in which case the profile fields are prepopulated (so the form must recognise the ID of the logged in user).
4. The user completes the form and submits it.
5. The profile info is added to the user EZAutos profile
6. The car info is added to the user car listings
7. User is returned to the ‘Thanks You’ page (already created)
7. Admin is notified

Basically users are being discouraged from submitting cars to the site as the process is too complicated. I want to simplify the process to one form. Car details may later be edited via the user EZAutos Control Panel if they wish.

If you know a way to add registration to the process I would be happy to hear it. Perhaps the car will not be listed until the user has confirmed their email address in the usual way?
