This is a simple project as far as coding is concerned..

Here’s what I need:

The script should use the PHP language..

The user is presented with a form where they enter the following data:

Year of birth (From 1924-2043 but the form shows only up to the current year)
Month of birth (Jan-Dec)
Day of birth (1-31)

The script calculates (through a case probably) the Chinese sign and Universal Element of the user based on the data found in the attached file..

Then, when the page refreshes the script presents the result to the user (focused) :

You are a [Chinese_sign] of [Universal_Element]

e.g. You are a Rooster of Metal

The script should be coded in a way that will allow me to paste it on an existing .php page on my site.. to match the design of my site..

I am seeking a designer who will produce a contemporary, colourful, eye-catching and attention-grabbing beer label.

The label is for a Chinese recipe beer and the designer will need to provide Chinese translation for the brandname and tagline [only].

Furthermore, they will need to provide and incorporate the translated ‘Traditional Chinese’ text as part of the actual beer label design.

The label will need a front design and back design [2 labels]. Probably the front will be a different shape to the back but they will follow a similar ‘branding’.
