We have a client that operates in China. He has a small institutional website, that must be hosted in a chinese server. The website will be in Chinese (no english version). It will be provided in Photoshop (PSD) format.

So, we need a programmer/company in China, that can do this:
– cut the website (about 7 pages) in XHTML + CSS.
– set up a hosting account (Linux) in a chinese provider, PREFERABLY in ZHUHAI.
– upload the website there, and make sure it works within China.
– when its done, give us all the data we need: access to the hosting account, passwords, etc.

This client ONLY accepts programmers or companies based in CHINA.

We need an experienced PHP programmer to work for us for 6 months in our office in China (Wuhu, Anhui Province).

We would like to pay a company a fixed amount of money for the programmer, and the quoted costs should include the cost of the flight (Shanghai is nearest airport).

The programmer will need to work on our website http://www.enf.cn – undertaking improvements to our online directory.

The programmer needs to have advanced skills in PHP, and knowledge of Joomla and CakePHP would be a plus. Fluent English is also needed.

The working time would be 40 hours a week in standard office time, working with other Chinese PHP programmers (who can speak English).

1) You need to register 250,000 email addresses from 20 different email providers in China. So each email provider should have about 12,500 We will provide those 20 email providers to you later. You should understand Chinese language so that you can register these users.

2) You need to make each email address and registration information unique. You should not use a recognizable formula like email1(at)domain.com, email2(at)domain.com. Instead, each email address should be unique, such as wuming(at)domain.com, yaor673(at)domain.com, etc.

3) You need to provide us a list of all the email addresses, their usernames, and their passwords.

4) At least once a week you must login to each of the email accounts and open each email you receive in both the SPAM box and the normal Inbox. When you open the emails, you should open them from at least 50 different IP addresses within China. You must send us a weekly .XLS report with the following data for each email address:
a) The subject line of each email in each normal or SPAM inbox
b) Is the email in the SPAM box or in the normal Inbox?

ENF is a photovoltaic (renewable energy) web portal. Over a period of 4 years we have grown to 30 staff and we are now one of the most popular photovoltaic industry websites in the world.

Our technical team consists of an IT manager and 2 PHP programmers – and the team has a very large backlog of work (hence the need for more manpower).

We need an experienced programmer to join us in China. Ideally we would like someone to stay for many years, but we can accept an initial 12-month contract for an expert who doesn’t want to be away from home for too long.
