Site needs to be Beautiful, Interesting, Exciting, All about Food and cooking and Chef ________ . Blog needs to have its own look. Recipes needs to be original page. This is NOT a cookie-cutter boring site with one template.
Back-end, Admin can be separate for each part-Blog, store, photo gallery, video.

When can you complete it?

Currently chefs sign-up to compete on the design/plating of a dish. Once they have signed up for competition, they are sent a plate in the mail to create a dish on. They take photos of the dish and submit them. Currently in Wordpress format but not automated: http://deepplate.wordpress.com/

There are daily/weekly upload of photos with dish descriptions, name of chef and restaurant. There are new competitions each month.

Website readers vote on best presentation. Winner announced and report must be generated from this.

Administration:
Create monthly competition campaign name: define start and end time, description and rules.

Need program to:
Allow users to upload photos of presentations(client to upload)and associated text.

Ability for users to view photos and presentations, read about them and judge.

Ability to generate reports, based on votes and comments
Ability to pick a winner.

Ability to have special celebrity panel of judges for editorial winner seperate from the popular vote (users)

Pages to include:
Projects general pages (list of competitions)
Previous winner showcases (list of links of galleries of past winners)
Registration form for apply for competition
Generate an email to factory to send out plate
Upload Dish photos and description text
