Fix Cerberus Helpdesk V3.2 Login

I can no longer log in to Cerberus Helpdesk v3.2 on one of my websites. The username and password is correct but when these are submitted, it just returns back to the log in page. No error is reported. I know the username and password are correct. This project is to fix this issue for me.

I will not give ftp access, please only bid if you know the script and know what the problem could be so you can show me how to fix.

GD library is installed and enabled.

Cerberus Helpdesk Bug Fix

I am running Cerberus Helpdesk 2.5.1 and recently get the following error when trying to display a ticket:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/xxx/public_html/support/cerberus-api/database/cer_Database.class.php on line 184

This project is to repair the script/database.
