I need to have a script programmed within a wordpress blogging platform with my own hosting and a canadian MLS (multi listing service) real estate listings for Montreal, quebec, canada, link or synchronization between them they are called Centris (a place where real estate agencies enter all their real estate listings) then from there (Centris)they send daily an update of all agency listings in a database zip file in text format separated by commas that can be imported in a access or sql format, sent via ftp , i need a script that would automate the whole process of updating these listings from centris into the blog site propriety listing page.
