This project is being launched nationally and call centers are now being assigned territory for this project. The goal is to reach out to the decision makers of every business in the US to make them aware of this government program.

Call center’s ROI indications:
4 out of 10 decision makers agree to book this service as it is a government program and not for a profit sale pitch. It will take 20-30 phone calls to reach 10 decision makers. We will provide you with training specific to this project to make these numbers a reality. Call centers will have CRM accounts and reference numbers as messages may be left at the businesses with your own reference number along with the 1-800 number to track appointments made and call backs (call backs with your call centers reference number can have the calls transferred to your center to book the appointment). Should your call center not be equipped with receiving inbound call capability, the call will be transferred to another call center and commission will be split. Your CRM account will track call backs with your assigned reference code and additional commission earned after the appointment is booked.

Salary schedule:
Each booked service call will pay out a commission of $10 to the call centers or individuals. With over 20 million businesses in the US, the generated income for each call center can be very significant.
Additional income for call centers or individuals will be had should the business qualify for additional services. The commission for the additional services is much higher with a range of $25 to $75. Once the business has the initial visit by our technician, they are qualified for several additional programs which carry a commission range of $25 to $75. Your CRM account will show if the business qualified for the additional services, if they did you must follow up with them and set another appointment. The second appointment has a commission range of $25 to $75.

Guidelines for non call center applicants:
Individuals applying will be assigned to groups with individual marketing managers. Reference numbers for call back will be for the whole group. Please note that appointments booked individually, have no commission splits among its team members. When you book an appointment yourself, you will receive the full commission from that account. I’m looking for someone experienced who can create a designer QR code in addition to a logo.

The main logo will be a “Q” and I’ll need different versions of it which will include blank space for various text to be displayed in the center such as “50% OFF”, a QR code to be placed in the center, and a plain format to display without those two elements.

The full company name should be included too and can be at the bottom or to the right, but I would primarily like to see how it looks in the descender portion of the “Q” to make printing and placement easier.

It should have clean lines, smooth colors, and look good in black & white as well. (do a Google image search for “Groupon G” or “Q logo” for some inspiration).

The QR part of the logo should be a size that can be scanned if printed and should be easy to scan with various QR scanner applications. This will be tested thoroughly so if you put any watermarks in that area you’ll need to make sure they’re not interfering with it prior to project completion. I would like various sizes for websites, business cards, and other material.

In regards to the “Q”, I’m open to any colors however would like to see what it looks like using the following two themes:
green, yellow, red, and blue (think Google Chrome & Windows)
red, white, and blue (not dark colors but something vivid without being neon)

I prefer to have all capitalized font with the Q and D larger. Once the designs have been picked I’ll need all rights to them.

If you go to Research Tab, you see when you take the cursor there, two sub-menus appears in the same box, with smaller text. When you click on one of the sub-menus (say Pipeline) it becomes bold and only then the page associated with Pipeline opens. We would like to have that same effect. So, in our case, when viewer hovers over Order Center, it will expand to accommodate two sub-menus with appropriate demarcation lines and bullets (please see the attached picture). And then when viewer clicks one of the sub-menus, it takes to the appropriate page. Once viewer moves cursor away from Order Center, or click other menus, the sub-menus should disappear.

In summary:
All three text (Order Center, How to Place an order and Sales Terms& Conditions) in the expanded menu box should be separated by demarcation lines as shown in the Picture. The demarcation line below Order Center Text would be slightly thicker than the other one separating the sub-menus. The area of the sub-menu should be narrower than the area of Order Center.

I have a website built in WordPress that is set to 1280px width. I’m hoping someone knows how to code it so that even when viewed in a 1024px browser width the site will still center, so that the scrolling bar centers and allows the visitor to slide left or right to see the edges of the site that were covered. It currently left justifies in the smaller browser. I considered re-formatting the site so that it scales from 1280 to 1024, but I’m hoping to find a quick fix as we have a critical timing issue. If you know of now such way to code for this sort of centering, please advise what you would charge to reformat the entire site to set up at 1280 width on large browsers, yet slides tighter together to fit a 1024 browser… but that is my last resort.
