I am in no rush of the project but I need excellent work. I only have the front image of the cartoon character.

My requirements is simple. Create a 3d out of a 2d cartoon, exact as in the 2d image.

We require a fully rigged 3D model of this cartoon character. The model must be exported in a format compatible with industry standard animation programs.

All limbs should be rigged for movement. The face should also be rigged for expression, eye movement and lip movement.

I need someone to create a cartoon of me. The cartoon will be added to an existing logo. The cartoon should be fairly simple. I need a cartoon of me leaning against the words “power marketing moves” with my arms folded, smiling and winking or one of me peforming an actual power move such as a karate chop, a karate kick or in a karate stance to illustrate a “power move”. I need this completed asap so this logo can be completed and I am looking for someone who is open to a long term working relationship. I come across a lot of work from clients and I would like to have someone dependable I can refer them to. The bids for this should not exceed $25. I am looking for someone who is quick and very professional. This should be an easy job for the right person.
