The job requires customizing a Big Cartel store to mimmick a design which I will provide. I would like someone who is familiar with Big Cartel and their parameters, or is familiar with customizing shopping carts in general.

The store will be linked to the site – not integrated to the site itself.

You won’t have to worry about entering inventory as i’ll take care of that myself.

In total you’ll need to complete the products page as well as the product detail page where visit…

I am looking for a programmer with experience modifying Big Cartel websites. I am in the beginning stages of the project so I am open to layout suggestions.

Having created Big Cartel sites is a huge plus.

2. Place a promo landing page (splash) at www.curvy-world.com that
clicks thru to the existing page & our Big Cartel shop site.
3. Update the black button on the existing www.curvy-world .com site

When users type www.curvy-world.com they will land on this promo page first. They can then choose to either enter the existing CURVY website or click to Big Cartel ‘http://curvy.bigcartel.com/’ to order the Christmas book offer. There are 4 links on the page 2x at top left + 2x at bottom right.

3. Update black button on existing www.curvy-world.com website. Pls see attached file ‘New Black Button on home page.psd’ Pls change the black button on current CURVY website to have the new black button. New button links to ‘http://curvy.bigcartel.com/’

this request is for a clone of bigcartel

I would like the final product to be based around wordpress for me to easily edit appearances and templates.

ideally, i want my site to have a very similar clean/simple design like bigcartel. some of the major components that i would like included are:

-store owner chooses which package they would like to sign up for (the default option being free, and allowing the least amount of customization) and the ability for them to upgrade/downgrade/cancel
-store owner chooses their store name and subdomain name
-allow the same type of progressively more enhanced store customizations for the store owners who choose more expensive packages (theme style changes via an online tool or offline code editor)
-store owner able to upload their own products/pricing (including multiple images for each product–depending on the package chosen)
-store owner able to add/remove extra pages or sections to their site (about this shop, blog, faq, contact–# of pages to be added depends on chosen package)
-store owner able to link back to their own site (again, depending on chosen package)
-Store owner to be able to customize the colors of their store and potentially have different pre-designed store layouts for them to choose from.
-Store owner should have the ability to use their own url as their store.
-recently added items listing on store owner sites
-support of multiple currencies
-store statistics made available to each store owner
-inventory tracking

in addition to the existing features of bigcartel, i also need the following differences:

-the front page of the site should show the 5 most recently added stores and featured products/stores that the administrator can change/update

Look at bigcartel(dot)com before bidding for this project and make sure that this is something you can do.

I will need to see similar projects that you have completed. Please ask as many questions as you need to, I expect this to be an ongoing conversation-type project.
