I want to build a free sim card site like simbasics.co.uk. The site will ask for Name & email address at the start like sim basics & then produce a unique tracking reference for that customer which can be picked up by a 3rd party hidden tracking pixel ( i then know which customer completed the free sim request).

The site should be more high tech looking than sim basics and be smooth in operation. Rather then redirecting to the individual phone network sites is it possible to data scrape so they don’t leave my site? I have to use affiliate url’s for each phone network site so I get paid for each lead.
