I need a good graphic designer to design a template for the purpose of a capabilities statement to be used in the aqcuisition of government contracts. The client will do content on their end using MS Word and then convert to pdf for deliverable. The main sections are Contents, Introduction, Company Profile, Core Capabilities, Experience, Key Personnel, and Quality Assurance.

The flexibility to change main sections needs to be there. The client has provided a capabilities statement example for designer to look at.

The client will need to add pictures and photos throuhout so the template needs to be flexible enough to do that.

Colors should be themed after client’s logo but needs to be easy to read and very professional.

This should be a very easy project and the price should reflect.

I need you to design an 8 page brochure measuring about 22cm (width) x 16cm (height). I think that would be half of an A3 folder. brochure is for print. Escrow Payment.
