I need the page I have attached to be sliced. There are two screen shots one is with the drop down menu hidden, then on click.

I need to be able to add more links to the drop down, but i need it to look exactly like the picture. I need the background stretched, and contact form working – i supplied the text, color, and size i want when written.

This is pretty basic..

I want to be able to change the “Were working hard” when ever I want to different titles using same text font and color. Also want to be able to write as much as I Want in the body, using same color, and font. And make it expandable.

Thats its, pretty basic.

Needs to be xhtml/css – cross browser capable.

6-7 hours compiling some very specific information for me
on a Word document that I’ll provide. I’ll also
provide very specific instructions on where to get the information
etc so no having to ‘figure something out’ on your side.

Also I can post in the PMB the set of data
I’m looking to have compiled in this outline/report.

I’ll need close communication during this project.

I’m looking for someone that doesn’t mind this type
of data entry and lookup work…

You will also be asked to look up a few things directly
on Google and screen capture some stuff and add to a
MS Word document (can use openoffice – it’s fine)…

It’s helpful if you know a tiny bit about SEO but it’s
not really required. Everything is pretty much spelled
out as to what I need collected and compiled and how to
get this data.

This is only for people who have worked with EZ-CAP software (www.mzihc.com ) and have made extensive reports and dashboards for their clients. What i need is the reports/dashboards you created. Also need to know what format they are in … if you have created a view that makes reporting really easy that will be useful also. In your bid describe your report/dashboard and provide a sample. Also let me know what you used to create it … access database, sql , ….. i have to make sure that platforms are identical … if you have query that makes reporting easy like one for all members, providers, claims data … so forth … basically things you done for other clients as reports and would like to resell those generic reports, tools, dashboards, reporting stuff ….
