I want to create a real big website. This website gonna be a community site.

This is the features required (sorry for my bad english, i’m french) :

- Every visitors can see all the stock in the website

- The website have a member area (needed to add stock). This member area need “email, username, pass, last name, first name)

- The member can add stuff like :

- PowerPoint files (.pps)
- Vid

Hello!! And thank you for looking! I have found a source code for a chat aplication on the internet, it is using indy. The tutorial’s location is below, and on the websites, the program is also downloadable. I downloaded it, but it wont seem to open in my delphi 7, eventhough i have indy. I personally have NEVER used indy before, Can someone please do the below tutorial,
(or create a program that works in the same manner, which has a online contact list and where you can send to only one chosen online person)

It must work on my delphi 7, then i will also be grateful if you could explain to me how it works in detail, how i can send a message to the server, and how the server can then respond to that specific client, and also, how it works that a client can send to a specific client that he has selected off the online list,also please answer a few further questions i MAY have at the completion of the project.

We are interesting for a Web-based Mobile System that can be used for various services such as an SMS gateway, corporate and group communication tool.

Please this is a serious project for us and we want only people with strong background and experience. If you have no experience in this fields, if you have never completed a similar project until now, please don’t bid.

At first, we want a bulk sms project. The company who will take over the bulk sms project should be capable to develop also the 2way sms project listed bellow

We want 3 user levels ( Admin , reseller, final user)
Also and it’s a must , we can create a reseller environment (site) with his own colours and logos.
There must be a header and a footer, all working with includes and css so that we can easily change them.

Admin can create resellers account and add or reduce credits, add or remove features from resellers
He can also assign different SMPP gateways to each reseller.
The system must have the ability to count the credits of the resellers and block every outgoing sms when the balance is out of credits.

Reseller has his own site.
First of all the users can register themselves. It has to be a form with various fields, some are required. ( We will tell you the required fields ) Also the system must validate the content of the field. ( At the field number the user can put only numbers )
Online purchasing sms packages using credit card (paypal). When the payment is arranged the credits will added in his account.
Also offline (wire transfer) option is available. In This case, the reseller adds manual the credits.
