Wp Side Fix

November 1st, 2011 Comments off

The pages are already built out and this half the code is already done.

I will not pay more than $25 for this, and i need it done today!

I’ll try to explain this one more tie, so if you go to:
domain and you rollover “fitness camps” you see the rollover? all those links now when you click on fitness camp the page layout should look like domain with the links on the left, the rates button, and pet policy button, now those button links are wrong. Instead of it saying overview stay, news, etc those buttons should reflect what was shown on the fitness camp drop down.

So if you click on fitness camp you will go to a page that looks like domain the left nav (that used to say overview) will say
(this will have the arrow on[which is also the rollover)Fitness Camp(links to that page)
Program Details (links to that page)
What’s Included(links to that page)
Sample Sechedule(links to that page)
Rates Button(links to that page)
Pet Policy(links to that page)

… so if you clicked on accommodations& Pricing & Rates, you would get this same type of look but the sub nav would reflect the links on the drop down,

This should be like this for all pages EXCEPT home & contact page.

the main page is already done just need to built as a page template or something.

Clone This Site

February 19th, 2010 Comments off

I need a clone of KidsCamps.com.

The basic concept is people pay to list their summer camp description on the web site. Visitors can view the camp listings for free.

The KidsCamps.com web site is for a huge range of different camp programs. My web sites is only for Arts Camps. So you can use this page as a starting point: http://kidscamps.com/art-camps.camp

I DO NOT need the artwork or graphics. I just need all of the functionality of the existing web site.

The site needs to be completely database driven.
There needs to be an area for people to sign up and then be able to post / edit their listings.
There needs to be an Admin area to control all functions of the site.

—————————————————————
View Listings: Visitors can view listings for free.

If you start here: http://kidscamps.com/art-camps.camp you will see you can first select a category. Then you can select a few choices like state, type, camp length, etc. And eventually a results page will appear.

On the results page you will see each camp has the following items listed:
Camp Name/Title
Small Logo Image
Short Description
Location
Phone Number
Request Callback Link
Web Site Link
Request Information Link
Email a Friend Link
Map It Link

The Camp Name/Title and the Logo Image should link to a separate information page. This information page will then display much more detail about the camp.

The Request Callback link should open a page where visitors can enter some personal data into a feedback form that is emailed directly to the Camp. See example on existing site.

The Request Information link should open a page where visitors can enter some personal data into a feedback form that is emailed directly to the Camp. See example on existing site.

Sign Up, Pay, and List Info

The members area needs to have a PayPal or Google payment component for members to pay to sign up.
It also needs an automated lost password recovery email system.

Members can choose between four different listing choices. Entry, Basic, Standard, Premiere.

Entry: http://kidscamps.com/update-form-entry.camp
Basic http://kidscamps.com/update-form-basic.camp
Standard: http://kidscamps.com/update-form-standard.camp
Premiere: http://kidscamps.com/update-form-premier.camp

On these forms, where it says “Camp Type” we only need the section “Arts Camp Click to Open” since my web page is just for Arts Camps and not the rest.

There are parts of the KidsCamps.com site that I do not need – Staff your camp, ScreenStaff.com, Rent your camp, or Vendors.

The KidsCamps.com site does not have a way for paid members to login to update their listings. I would like to have a login page where paid member can edit their listings.

Review KidsCamps.com and then bid accordingly.
