I would like to be able to immediately edit incoming video from a video camera. The edited version should be seen at a frame rate of one per second with each frame held for one second duration. The edited version should also apply a page turning effect. Thus the final downloaded product looks very much like a flipbook. But there should be no significant delay between what the camera picks up and what is seen on the computer screen.

I assume the best way to do this is for the program to immediately edit what is received by a dvr which is attached to the video camera

We just completed an application that will use the Galaxy Tab camera, take a picture and ftp in a tiff format to our ftp site, using a customized naming convention. This was to prove to our clients that it could be done. Now, we are ready to tie this application to our website buttons (will act like hitting the camera application), which will invoke the current application (taking the picture and ftp’ing).

To complete this project, the application must be seamless within our website location. The user will have 4 buttons to choose from, they will be labeled OG, POD, BOL and IG… the user will be on a specific URL address (which will have the necessary naming convention as part of the file name) when they touch the OG or POD or BOL or IG… when they hit the IG for example, the camera ap (already written) will invoke the camera option, take the pic and upload using the “IG” in the title of the naming scheme, combined with a portion of the url site that lists the ORDER# the user was on when he hit the IG button… this will upload the pic to the ftp site and should look like: TSSW_JIMDR_1172-3_IG_2011102715240900.tiff

I have a website whereby every three seconds or so I am uploading a new image directly from my webcam. What i need is for a script that can copy that image every three seconds and allow it to be see on the internet. The problem that I am having is that the image is currently linked directly to my camera via an open port and this is causing problems with bandwidth. I want the image to be pulled from the camera and directly to the website and them from my website presented to the world. This may require keeping an inventory of the last three or four images in a catch and presenting those in sequence online.

None members will be able to view cameras and the chat room, but they will not be able to chat or watch full screen.

Free members will be able to watch and chat if there are less than 50 people in the room chatting but unlimited numbers can watch the person on cam but will not be able to watch in full screen.
Free members will only be allowed to watch one camera channel at a time.

People who are watching without being signed in – will also see all advertisments, free members who are logged in will also see all advertising.

Paid for members will be able to chat regardless of how many people are chatting already, they will see no advertisments, and they will be able to go to full screen and if they like they will be able to open up more than one camera channel.

Anyone who signs up to the site must be able to create a profile and have the option to broadast their camera channel if they wish to go on cam. their channel will show in ther own profile.

Any member who wishes to go on to camera and broadcast for tips, must be able to set a goal which will be able to be increased as they hit each goal if they wish to continue with more than one goal – but the total amount which they have made must remain on show for that session.

Create a 3D model of the character shown in the images – this model needs to be very high quality.
The wire frame mesh of this character needs to be professional – the texture also needs to be exactly the same as the samples provided.

Step 2:
Create a highly realistic rigging of this model.
The character will need to walk, jump, turn its head, wave its hand etc…. all of this needs to be rigged like a human, especially the teeth/smile as this will be the characters only expression.

I would like the character to walk onto screen from the left (the charater would start off 12 feet away from the camera), turn towards the camera (has a cheeky smile) and takes a few steps forward – so it looks like the character is looking into the camera.

The logo throw should be a semi-hard thorw – the logo will hurl towards the camera and stick to the screen – I want the users to see the logo clearly (you may need to remake the again as a vector).

We need a software that can use a Megapixel IP Camera to recognize game cards.

It is very much the same of a barcode reader that reads barcode pre-printed on cards and returns the card name (2 Heart, 3 Diamond etc.)

The IP camera will be placed on top looking down the card. When the dealer draws a card and place on the player card box 1, the IP camera will use Recognition to read the card and send the signal to the PC.

Bidders should have experience with this kind of software. We need this to be done perfectly. It is best if you have the software working already.

I need a camera controller for the Canon Powershots cameras and the Canon DSLRs. Canon has an SDK on their site that includes samples, including one already built in C++. I’d need it built in C++.

The gui would be minimal, just show the last picture taken and some pulldowns for parameters. The program should also be controllable via commandline or if that’s not possible, via PostMessage.

Would also need to show a live feed from the camera. All of this (except the commandline or PostMessage control) is fully working in the versions Canon posts to their site.

I need a KML file to be read. The KML file needs to have 100 PlaceMarks laid out in a 10 x 10 grid 100m apart. Each Placemark needs to have an icon attached, you can use 1 icon .gif file for all 100 placemarks, but I will need to load a different icon file for each placemark, this needs to be well documented in the KML file.

I need the viewpoint camera to be at a specific viewpoint, so I need your code to be well documented, to show how to change the CAMERA viewpoint in the KML file ?

I need the KML file to have placemarks with clickable links which when clicked will load a new KML file and move the CAMERA to a new viewpoint, to be read from the new KML file.
