We are looking to have a website built which will be much like cam4.com. which must work with red5 server. The script will also need to be connected to the red5 server by the winning bidder.
The site will be used for general people and not paid for models
Front end requirements.
None members will be able to view cameras and the chat room, but they will not be able to chat or watch full screen.
Free members will be able to watch and chat if there are less than 50 people in the room chatting but unlimited numbers can watch the person on cam but will not be able to watch in full screen.
Free members will only be allowed to watch one camera channel at a time.
People who are watching without being signed in – will also see all advertisments, free members who are logged in will also see all advertising.
Paid for members will be able to chat regardless of how many people are chatting already, they will see no advertisments, and they will be able to go to full screen and if they like they will be able to open up more than one camera channel.
Anyone who signs up to the site must be able to create a profile and have the option to broadast their camera channel if they wish to go on cam. their channel will show in ther own profile.
Their must be a tipping system also built in to the site where members who are watching other members on cam can give tips. but the tip system will need to be optional, if the person who goes on camera does not want tips, then he/she can choose not to accept them.
When a member decides to go on camera, they will show up in the home pages with a thumbnail of their cam which should refresh about every minute. the thumbnail must also include their status, country and age if they are a couple or single / male / female etc.
The main menu must also have the options to view the categories of people online. I.E male, female, couples, etc.
Any member who wishes to go on to camera and broadcast for tips, must be able to set a goal which will be able to be increased as they hit each goal if they wish to continue with more than one goal – but the total amount which they have made must remain on show for that session.
members will need to be able to report abuse to admin in-case of someone underage being on cam, or if another member is trying to advertise in the chat rooms and for any other complaints too.
The tipping system must be able to tip the member directly which the member will withdraw when they are ready.
The backend.
We will need to be able to see reports of how many tips have been purchased that day / week / month.
Which member earned the most amount of tips in 24 hour period
We must be able to block problematic members both by closing their account but not deleting it and if they continue to cause problems – we will need to block them via their IP.
We must have a way to resturn tips to any members who have given tips to other members but the members who accepted tips didn’t perform what they said they would, or for members who are just trying to make tips without earning them.
We must also have daily reports on how much has been taken from people upgrading to paid for membership
a payment gateway must also be installed such as ccbill.
We will discuss any other details with the winning bidder.
We are not a huge corporation, so our maximum budget for this project is $1500.
You must have an excellent command of english.
And we will require ongoing support from the winning bidder once the site is up and running.
We will not pay in advance for the script as we have been bitten on here already, but we are happy to place 10% of the winning bidders fee into escrow which will remain there until the site is finished.
We will also be happy to place money into the escrow account each week until the site is finished as long as you can show us thet it is progressing.
Communication is also a big factor, if you do not communicate with us on a regular basis – then the project will be cancelled.
