Looking for designer who can get ideas from a readymade template and make a full cart button set to match or as per request

I need 2 images for a web page (http://www.sophivest.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=111).

One will be for a “Order Now” button, and the other will be for “Get a Demo Account”.

I like the styling of: http://www.flyinganxiety.com/images/business-database.gif. Especially with the guarantee ribbon.

I will need all PSD source, as well as PNG.

I need to design icons, buttons for the UI of a software. its a modern design software which are “apple” standards. very careful on the design. we need custom icons and buttons to be designed. around 10 icons. bid for 10 icons.

I need see the portfolio or mockup first. I need really very futuristic designers. Amateurs please do not bid.

I am looking for 10 high quality website buttons in a rounded gradient style similar to btn1.png (attached below) with the outer layer looking like that in btn02.png(attached below.

The button should be 500px X 100px with a transparent border of 2px.

It would be helpful to see some samples of similar work. I require 8 buttons today in the following colours:

I am looking for someone “creative” to make something from my idea. I have several pictures in mind for the website header.

A (3D Costa Rica Map) and merged within, 3-4 photos of scenery/activities in Costa Rica, (Volcano, Canopy Zipline, Deserted Beach, etc.)

And either crowding the site name or the map outline, a few animals such as a (Monkey, Butterfly, Macaw and Red-Eyed Frog)

Basically I want everything showing to identify with Costa Rica and at the same time to show the diversity of the country.

I have most of the photos already picked out, but they will need transparents and also some minor adjusting for size and shape.

The menu buttons I would like to resemble the Costa Rica Flag… this can simply be done with colors, but an artistic design of the actual buttons or button frame that matches the website header would be preferred.

Now, I’m quite qualified to do all this myself, so what I’m looking for here is for someone to do it better than me.

Someone whom I don’t have to prompt, nor spell out the exact details, someone who can see “more creatively” and go beyond my own interpretation.

I’m not only looking for one-time job, I’m very much looking for someone I can consistently come back to in the future as I have many projects that need finishing and need to concentrate on the websites themselves rather than the graphics.

Consideration will only be given to those who say they have read this whole post and include a portfolio link along with a few “new” ideas for the header / menu.

I need glossy 20 Buttons in different styles.

Should be in photoshop will be needing source files unmerged with all the styles and layers.

I would need the style as file of all th buttons.

There are two buttons on either side of the logo. I do not like them. Please send me sample ideas on how they should look. it should be simple (nothing too fancy). The colors and design has to match the website template.

I need 2 web 2.0 buttons like these but different text..and much more crisp of course..this example is blurry.
