Need a BA fluent in building workflows and documenting processes in Visio. Building a new system and alot of hand written process flows that need to be converted to visio.
Also, need to build a spec/requirements from existing documentation. I think this is 8-16 hours of work total since the work is really done, just in need of formalization.

Candidate requirements
1. Experience in Telecommunications
2.Computer or Software Engineer with 3-5 years of experience
3.AMDOCS Ensemble experience preferred
4. Provisioning experience
5.Architecting and implementing SOA (service-oriented architecture) and ESB (enterprise service bus) solutions
6.Implemented and deployed high-throughput J2EE/Linux/Unix production systems
7.Doesn’t have to be a BA, just has to have a solid technical background.
8.Good leadership and personal skills
