I need someone to build a bulletin board exchange site where customers list their needs and vendors with a monthly subscription respond to customers needs and make bids on their projects, much like scriptlance, uship, etc. customer and vendor remains anonymous until project is accepted. must be able to do automated monthly billing. The system will be free to customers and only vendors will have to log in to access customers request.

I am hosting a PHPBB bulletin board and wanted it to look more like FML or MLIA. I am not sure if PHPBB can be modified to do this, so looking for someone who can do it or create something else.

Create a bulletin board that takes information from different forms (We have designed the forms) then displays it on the bulletin board. Also, the bulletin board should be editable as well by the 6 or 7 users.

The way it works is customers fill out the information using an online form consisting of 6 questions, (representing their order) then when they click “submit” the information is outputted on a bulletin board, (similar to twitter, except smaller print so more information can be presented on one page.)

Each member of our team of 6 are in different parts of the globe with different computers. Each member will read the bulletin board, fulfill the orders then cross them off the list. This should be done by clicking on a checkbox located next to each entry on the bulletin board.

There also is a secondary form which our customers can access at any time, and if they put in their email and more information, it will over write what they put in before.

The most important thing is the first form mentioned, and the presentation of the information on the bulletin board. It must be formatted in an organized way so it can be read easily.

We also have a “domain name” form as well, this should “update” the bulletin board as well.

Basically, you need to take an output from HTML forms and using PHP scripting, posting this inputted information.

The coder should:

1. Create a web form using the ones we designed and prepared.

2. Create a database to save the form inputs

3. Create a page to display all of the database stored inputs

4. Ability to recognize this information and display it on a web page

5. Must include delete option, edit option, and add option, etc functions as well.

We have a significant budget for an experienced coder who will work with us closely over the next week to make sure this system is perfect.

yeah currently the points and statistics are resetting at like 8:30 my time which is us standard east time, and all users are resetting at 9:30 pm my time . i need these synced to reset all at the same time 9:30 pm us eastern standard time.

my time. here is US EASTERN STANDARD TIMEUS and CANADA. MY SERVER IS HOSTED BY GODADYY, they are in arizona on (mountain standard time)(us and canada).

Calculated my time is exactly 2 hours ahead of where my servers are mt time is 8:00PM now, and my time is 10:00PM. I want points, statistics, and users all to reset at 9:30 US EASTERN STANDARD TIME, leaving all current VIPS which is already set up to do and i need this part scripted so that the top 5 users in points for that day get 1 day free vip upon reset at 9:30. I need this scripted in the site so the top 5 users in points at reset automatically get 1 day free vip

Also after login under important information, line 1 should be changed to show current time at login in this format “The time now is 9:50 pm.Todays point’s and users resets at 9:30pm Eastern time.
9:50 pm being us standard time. my site time is now correct.

well here it goes hope it makes sense to you. so at the bottom of the page after you login it says “Want even MORE points? Post a bulletin!”. this bulletin contains my banner, then my top 5 users, and then my vip users.
users are expected to post this in bulletins on myspace to attract new users and get points for them selves. after they login in generates a ref id, so that users who join through that bulletin, each one gives them 100 points if they login. the banner has a ref link back to the user who logged in. example. http://www.famousadds.com/client/index.php?r=1234567. well anyways on to what i want. underneath the txt box were the banner code is located.

I want in matching white lettering and font size to say “Want profile traffic to get points, put this banner on your page!” underneath this do a matching text box, thats allows for 1 click select all html code, well the same as the bulletin one does.
the code i want to appear in this box is simply a copy of just the famousadds.com banner link and ref back to that user. that way if a user pastes this into their profile on mypace and user look at their page and follow the link to famousadds.com, they will get points for referring them , just by people looking at their page and clicking on the banner. this code is already located on the top of the bulletin code, jsut the banner with the ref id back to the user . if you could do this i will paypal you some extra money. any questions let me know. having a myspace well help you alot more understand how all this works, because then you can test all thsi stuff out.

1) before and after login 100k vip train links need to be removed under the navigation bar. this is encrypted be creator and it doesn’t work.

2) statistics counter fixes fudge (last active users, logins today, new users, adds today) with 10x… x= actual users, so if its x=5 its 105 (wanna make it look like there is more traffic than their actually is. same with live users
1x x=actual live users (so if theres 2, it shows 12. (also want a total adds counter that never resets) start it at 100,000 (and then basically uses “adds today counter” but it never resets. put this under statistics as well.

3) time and date need to be corrected after login. date is currently 1 day ahead of what it should be under important information. the point count says it resets at 11, and it resets at 9:30PM.
and the time is off. I want the time to reflect us eastern standard time. to test that the date is right, you can update profile and it will tell the exact date and time that it was resetted under
important information after login.

4) under navigation click on the no limit train link. then click the red “get bulletin code link”. I want this page to have a clickable link that brings you to your myspace bulletin board.
this can be seen after login under navigation after you click “bulletin code” and you see the link “Click here to go to the Bulletin Board.” want that same link in the no limit train after you click
the get bulletin code link.

5) after login under getting started it states “NOTE: If you earn 10,000 points in one day, you will get 1 free day of VIP”, I want this changed to (in red text make it stand out)
“Note: if you are a top 5 user upon reset, you will get one free day of VIP”
basically the top 5 users for the day should get 1 day of free vip upon the site resetting. assuming this needs to be coded into the website. basically a way to give back to my top 5 users.
more incentive to get more users to join.

Riders are supposed to post a certain number of proofs each day and if their requirement isn’t met, the friend id is taken off the train automatically and put into “probation” until the missed bulletins are made up.
