Get a Freelance Job

I need to have a bulletin board with integrated cart, product selling is only 5 items. Thats really the only thing I need, its very small project, like to get it going asap., Also needs to be SEO friendly. I think the solution would be phpBB along with x-cart.com, but I am open to any other suggestions

1) suggest, help select best php forum/bulletin board software that
allows easy video and image embeds, easy to manage and
modify

2) install on my server, perform some modifications if needed

3) get paid

please bid reasonably and post only suggested forum software links
which you have worked with, so you can do this quickly and error free

I am hosting a PHPBB bulletin board and wanted it to look more like FML or MLIA. I am not sure if PHPBB can be modified to do this, so looking for someone who can do it or create something else.

We need a bulletin board with frames as in the attached picture.

14 HTML template files. The templates are page components (not complete pages). The HTML is fully commented.

1 CSS file (13 lines).

1 flow diagram (in PDF and OpenDrawing Document formats). The flow diagram does not show the registration and login process.
