I am looking for someone to develop an online property/building management system (CMMS). This system will allow managers to take control of the whole building in relations to asset registers, maintenance requests, communications, knowledge bases. I would like something very similar to what is available at http://public.mybuilding.org/

The system will need to have the ability to add multiple buildings, each with its own databases. A manager must be able to switch between different buildings easily to add info/update details etc.

Tenant of each building should be able to log in to their own building and request maintenance that is sent to the manager. They should be able to communicate easily on the system. The tenant should also be able to reserve areas such as lifts, tennis courts online. the system must have graphical interface (Possibly PHP).

This would be an ongoing project to add extra functionalities so the system must be easy to work with. Extra capabilities would include an iPhone application for building managers and tenants. Developers with an understanding of residential strata buildings will be highly regarded, especially those from Australia or UK.

PLEASE NOTE: This project is not for amatuers. Only people/companies with similar experience should apply.

1. Virtual Cityscape

A shoreline panoramic view of a vibrant City with various buildings,complexes and structures. The focal point will be a cluster of 3 or 4 towers with one that stands taller and wider than the rest. The Cityscape should shout out “Wealth and Power” from the center buildings but diminish as one moves to the city outer limits. Interesting building shapes various sizes and perhaps a background of sunset colors. The City waterfront should include the suggestion of a yacht club and luxurious entertainment complex.

We need room at the top of the image to add our City name 8 letters and a tag line (7 words) along the water shoreline.

2. A series of images of the central towers/buildings with principal focus of the largest one. Perhaps even some sample interior images of the grand entrance and main lobby?

3. A series of street images highlighting expensive shops, boutiques, jewelry stores, Fashion Design restaurants,spas etc. Expensive cars and impressive lamp posts should be added to the street imagery.

Images in PSD file format a good start.

It will be up in about 1 month.

When it will be up, I want the put the marketing at the max, including off site SEO like many quality links.

So maybe a couple days before my website is up would be a good time to start building links?
Or weeks before?

I need a flash clone of the classic arcade Rampage (http://www.abandonia.com/games/167/Rampage.htm)
The game will run in a desktop environment.
The game will be made out of only one level and needs to support only 2 players and not 3 and no scoring system.
Also- The monsters won’t climb on the buildings but they destroy them from the ground.

The buildings in the game MUST BE DYNAMIC. I need to implant different types of buildings and the game must support that.
The buildings should be movieclips that work in various sizes and heights. The effect of “breaking” the building must be dynamic as well and support and size and height of a building.

Please supply an offer with graphics and without graphics.

Need designer to create website with 2d or 3d landscape with 15-20 quaint shops (not houses) and businesses large enough to read advert we will place on each. Buildings will be on 3 or 4 four rows (streets) on different levels on the same page. Streets with street signs, sidewalks, trees, shrubs and florals a must. A billboard or two would be nice, but dimensions need to be within range of the rest of the scenery and billboards will be outside of the little downtown area and above (or behind) it. Would also like to see a city bus on the street with a space on side for advert. Site needs to take advantage of entire screen. Links for adverts and additional links will be added once design is in place. Buildings must have detail and be visually appealing.
