I need 400 links PR 3 or higher within 15 weeks from similar content rich sites

T Shirts, custom apparel, apparel blogs, etc.

link Requirements:

The links need to be from quality sites with a page rank of 3 or higher.

No questionable linking sites. I don’t want gambling, porno, personal or dating sites. These must be qood quality links.

The link page must be included in the Google index and updated within the past 30 days
I do not want any sites that have recently been penalized.
The link has to have a hyperlink and must be at a minimum of 1 year old.

We have 10 sites, each targeting 5 keywords and require link building services for all sites. please send offers and proposals.

Am looking for someone to do some MANUAL one way link building from relevant sites for a lingerie ecommerce store – candidate must understand the basics of ecommerce (specifically OSCommerce 2.2) as well as the usual SEO/SEM concepts (Ecommerce, Link Building, Page rank, Social networking sites, Forums, Blogs, RSS feeds).

Not looking for bulk submission to thousands of sites in a short time so the project could take some time to complete but will not actually involve a huge amount of actual time spent working – much more interested in quality rather than quantity though I would like to have a high number of quality links.

Finally as I am new to SEO/SEM the successful candidate needs to be able to work mainly on their own with little or no guidance from me bar the initial set up.
