Okay, what I want is a simplified version of Boomerang list builder (www.boomeranglistbuilder.com)…

In a nutshell I need the software to take a file that I have – say a video or pdf and “lock” it by creating a new file (boomerang creates an .exe). This allows someone to download the product without an opt-in.

However, when someone tries to run the software they will be asked for an “activation code” and will have a link that says “click here to get your activation code”

I need the software to allow a custom url put in each time a software is “locked” thus the user can use it to build an email list.

This is a low budget project and I need to have all the rights to it. I need you to put “boomer sooner” in the subject line so I know you read the whole post. Messages with out this will be deleted unread.
