I need a clone of buildasign website. Including the template based design setup.

I already have a working signs website, but would like to upgrade to a new website from scratch similar to signsonthecheap.com. I would like my website to mainly dedicate to the sale of yard signs instead of the whole variety.

Also to have a simple user interface with a couple of categories of yard signs templates, in which they may select and edit to their liking or upload their own.

Lastly the usual eCommerce tools.

I want a similar website built from scratch similar to signsonthecheap.com. With same functionality, simplicity, interface and navigation without violating any copyrights.

I am looking for a programmer who has the ability to build a site with the same look, feel and functionality as buildasign dot com.

I must be able to speak with you (the programmer) directly and you must be able to communicate in English.
