I am developing a site and have 4 small problems.
Three of the problems are browser issues. The first problem is in Chrome, IE7, IE8 and IE9. The other two problems are in IE7 only.
The fourth problem is a script issue.

This is for a new web company, I get a lot of jobs so am looking to build long term relationships with reliable developers who I can use on a regular basis.

works OK on firefox
on explorer , the suitcase is too low down, the buttons on the menu don’t fit, the support us section does’nt scroll down properly.
Also in the blog section I need the follow us on twitter an support us to be positioned better.
The buttons need to be positioned better in a more fixed position when the case is closed
I need an experienced coder to fix some browser issues with our code /design.
The coder who is currently working on this cannot get it to validate in IE6 and is an ASP coder.
Also they need to be good at seeing code issues and errors to tell us what needs doing to fix the errors.
I need someone who will be available to answer questions promtly and fix issues quickly. It may take a day of two maximum but we will see.
I will send the URL to look at to anyone that sends a private message.

our site Floridaquote.net has some browser compatiblity issues with jumping text. I need someone to fix the home page and the forms pages
