A booking form, contained within an html page, that allows customers to fill out the form online and then sends it to me by e-mail (plain text is fine). It must have options i.e. when you answer yes to one question it adds a box to enter more information. I would also like, though it is not essential, for it to include a Paypal API at the end for the client to pay the fifty pound deposit.

We need to create a sophisticated 250×250 banner ad to advertise a brides club.

The advert needs to feel sophisticated and appeal to brides as well as promoting the call to action to Find out more.

This project will lead to other work.

It should be simple enough for anyone used to producing quality banner ads. Please supply examples of your banner ad work in the message board.

I currently have a wedding website that I want the software to work with and be integrated into. (www.beautifulbrides.ca) The software has to be able to Multi user friendly and accommodate hundreds of brides with their own personal logins from our site.

2. A bride login button will need to be made; the bride can click the button to log into her very own personal wedding planning section of our website.

4. View both these sample videos, this is exactly what I am looking for with the same operating features.
5. The new button will need to be able to generate a secure password for the bride.
6. Once the bride has registered she will now have access to the new Wedding Planning software.
7. We are expecting at least 1000 plus brides will use the software all with their own logins.
