OmKala Healing Yoga is a yoga business in Canada, which deals with enhancing people’s health by improving the following conditions: the heart, the lungs, the brain, the stomach, anti-aging and physical fitness. We need a flier supporting the healing process that heal and cleanse the body through Pranayam and various asanas. This general flyer should include

1- An opening text/paragraph that explains what our yoga is. (how it is different from other yogas). You can modify or use the following paragraph to get ideas, or come up with something else. Yoga is one of the hottest fitness trends sweeping the country. Now many doctors think it can also cure what ails you. Medical or “therapeutic” yoga is a far cry from the intense technique taught in health clubs. Popular yogas, such as Ashtanga, Bikram and Iynegar are physically demanding, usually causing participants to break a sweat. By contrast, therapeutic yoga focuses on breathing and meditation techniques that calm the mind, increase lung capacity and reduce stress.

2- Text in short/bullet form that explains what good this yoga does for the brain, heart, lungs, stomach or digestive system, mental health, anti aging, muscles and joints, overall well being.

3- Testimonials and quotes supporting this type of yoga ( I have included 2 testimonials: one for the brain, and one general one). We need powerful statments from doctors. Please supply a quotation for Yoga and the Heart specifically.

I have attached a Powerpoint file with 2 slides; one is general outline for the kind of flier we want for this project, and the second slide is the flier we did for Brain Yoga. For more information, our website is www.omkalayoga.com

I need the following simple changes made to the image in the Attachment:

1) Remove the vertical line that comes in the top of the question mark.
2) Remove the text

Note: Colour and other effects remain the same.

I just installed a WordPress blog theme but need some simple changes made to the left and right sidebar widget display.

When you go there you will see that there are duplicated widgets in both left and right sidebars. For example, there are 2 categories in the left sidebar and 2 blogrolls in the right sidebar.

These are the widgets I want displayed and the order in which I want them shown

I would like for all you creative thinking programmers and designers to put your thinking caps on and put forward your proposals and ideas for an online recruitment business website.
The reason for this request is that I am not fully confident of preparing a sufficiently detailed specification for an online recruitment business myself.

I require a cover for my brain health ebook. I want
1) 3D ebook cover in small and medium size
2) 2D cover(A4 size)to use with the printed book.

The required text and image to be used are provided in the Attachment.

I think the the layout needs to have Bright Brain Program written over the brain image and there may be other things you can suggest to make it appealing.
