Wp Expert Needed

I need someone to clone this website http://mo.by/ahx in wordpress with VERY minor changes in the design. Most of the complex features are NOT required. Only a regular homepage with product listings (as blog posts with custom fields)

After this I will need you to apply a couple of small requests on another wordpress site.

WordPress Widget

Hello

i need a wordpress widget same like here http://www.businessinsider.com/employees-managers-incompetent-2011-6

on ur right, down u will see a small window saying recommended for you and it shows random blog posts. I need same widget on wordpress, it needs to show articles based on categories, so if i read an article on category business, the widget will only show me random articles on category business.

Should u have any questions let me know

please see attachment to clearly understand on which widget i am talking about.
