Hello,
We are looking for someone to build a contact form for our blog similar to that of http://www.nycondoblog.com/?page_id=653 however it will need to be built in our blog at condomod.com and stylized to fit within etc.
The form will need to have a autoreply message as well that we will provide etc. The form with also need to have restriction in which all fields marked “8″ will need to be provide to avoid spam etc.
