I’m looking for a quality web designer to help me create a very professional looking fitness blog. The lay-out will be very simple, with the main page being similar to sites like www.ptpower.com, turbulencetraining.blogspot.com, and super-trainer.com. I may also want to incorporate an additional tab or two for an about me section and things like that.

An essential part of the page will be an opt-in form for a newsletter that is prominently displayed and may even come in the form of a pop-over.

Beyond that, I just need the design to be such that I can easily access and make blog posts, as well as put up pictures, videos, etc.

My name is Greg. I am a mortgage broker that wants to provide a website that offers to educate first time property investors. I want to use this blog to build a relationship with prospective clients and then use my company to finance their property purchases at a later date.

I have already established a hosted wordpress blog website. The features that I want to build into the site are:

A theme that is catchy & appeals to the 30-50 demographic.

A static sales page for a front page with an opt-in to register as a free member. This opt-in to be used as an email list builder.

Inside the members area I want to be able to have topics of different aspects of the property purchase process. These topics will be either text or video based. I also want to offer with some downloading of documents and/or spreadsheets.

A subscibe to RSS feeds option that provides updates on any blog comments.

Any plug-ins or widgets that would be used on a blog of this type.

I will add the content myself.

Color scheme and images used do not matter but they do need to be relevant.

My domain name is www.wheretogetcollegetextbooksonline.com and my topic is cheap online alternatives to the campus bookstore and textbooks that cost a lot. So my design should make sense to my domain name and topic.

I have something on there currently, but I do not like it, as I am still learning. Color scheme can be changed from within the theme options, and the custom header can be added that way too after upload into cpanel.

This should be an easy job for anyone who has designed a wordpress blog before, and even if you have not used this theme, it’s quite easy to learn.

OVERVIEW:
