I have a great idea for a web script/software that I would like made.

Before you read further. I do not have heaps of money for an upfront payment. That is why I am requesting a Joint Venture. You do the programming and I do all the sales of this script and we split the profits. The split is negotiable. Somewhere between 50-75% will go to you.

This script can easily make well over 10k in sales.

What I will provide in the Joint venture?

- Provide the idea for the script
- Purchase the IonCube license
- Get the sales page made
- Sort out things like domain, hosting and that.
- Take care of all sales and client questions.
- Most of the promotion

About the script.

I am not going to give out too many details in public. I am only going to give out the required info that will allow you to see if you can complete this project or not.

I am looking for something similar to a Cookie Stuffing Script. However instead of cookie stuffing what it is doing is implanting either a cookie or implanting fake offline html data that allows My Banner Ads to be showed on the sites I specify when making the cookie/fake offline html data.

I am not sure if it is dealing with cookies or fake offline data. However I do know this can be done as I talked to a few of my friends who are programmers and they could do it. But do not have the time to do so.

The process will need to be able to be done via a Web script that doesn’t require heavy html or php knowledge to use. The script user will need to be easily able to make this and then be able to easily add it to their site. So that it works on their visitors.

The script will need to be encoded by IonCube.

Things like Site rotation need to be built in. So that sites aren’t constantly being used and the ads are spread over many defined sites.

Also the ads will need to fit into the sites so that it does not look totally fake.

Note: Remember that I would like to do this on a Joint Venture based agreement. I will pay you your payments from sales, via PayPal Mass Pay, so that you do not get any fees. This easily has enough capability to make over $10k in sales. Possibly around $20k.
