The more reduction in detail the better, as long as eyes pop and features are distinguishable, and of course the hair should have enough detail to look like the picture. Lips and nose are less important, but still need to be readable, though only slightly. To complete the top of her head, you can refer to the jpg, but be sure to use the TIF to draw her face. This project consists of 18 images that the people need to be cut out of and pasted to 2 different backgrounds. The first background can be black or white, although I believe black will look better. The second background is provided. Once the cutout is finished the pasting is rather simple except additional mirrored fading of the people might be necessary to make it look as real as possible. The images would need to be color corrected and saturated to make all the images uniform. An example image as well as the background is attached. The idea is to make the image look very professional with little to no signs of photoshop. Your cutout must be perfect. I request that all programmers submit a final from the image I have provided on a black background for consideration.
