Revise Current Php Based Invoicing Project

I have a site with a custom php ordering system that needs some revisions.

- Add “print packing slip” feature
- ability to revise an order that was placed
- resend invoice email
- change customer information (i.e. name) from admin
- account modification (password reset) from admin
- ability to create order from admin
- give users levels of access (addition admin access)
- add a “note” section when an order/invoice is generated

For reference, currently the system works something like this:

1.Order is placed.
2. Purchase Order sent to Customer and Webmaster.
3. 30 to 60 days later the webmaster will send out a bill. ( The 30 to 60 days is not a set number just an example she can send the bill anytime to her liking.)
4. Customer will go to PayPal to pay the bill.
5. Customer is sent a receipt after completing payment and the purchase order is update too.
6. Webmaster is sent an email about the completed and to ship the items.

I have a bill calculator that’s currently functioning.
How it works is that allows bills to be downloaded and pasted into another sheet and based on formulas it will calculate a bill comparison.
I’ve downloaded all of the prices and rates… I also have example bills to test the application.

I need to convert this concept into a php website with a database that will allow
- user registration
- login, password
- upload their bill and calculate the best telephone plan
- Compare section against other providers…

Needed also is a mobile section that will list which mobile plan, will best save more money
So steps will be to add:

I’m also looking for a logo icon, the logo can also be incorporated in the banner. I like the current logo, I’m just looking for an icon to add to the logo, I’d like it very simplistic, maybe just line-art. I’d like the logo to be a cute dog face tilted slightly to the side. The dog should have somewhat big ears like a chiwawa, and one of the ears should be folded. Please find this picture in attachment to help you about how the dog should look, only in cartoon or line art format.

I’d also like the same dog face in another image that might be used in the logo or separately. the image would be of the same dog face, but he’d have a piece of paper in his mouth, torn off from an “insurance bill” .. the insurance bill would just be a piece of paper next to his face with the wording “insurance bill” next to it.
The idea would be to have like a slogan after “Taking a bite out of your insurance bills”

I’d like another, similar image as above, but this time, instead of a piece of paper, the dog would have money in his mouth.

Please submit examples of past work, I want this to be very high quality so I need previous examples of your work. If you want to try and do one of hte banners, the logo etc or anything related to this project as a sample, you can do that also, I think I’d give precedence to anyone doing that as it would show commitment to wanting to work on this project.

I’m a web developer and have been doing business online for 12 years so I’m not going anywhere, this work could lead to much more work for the right designer in the future. Impress me :) I want these graphics to look like they’ve come from a big insurance company, very professional. Professionalism inspires confidence and that’s what I want to achieve with these banners and logo.

I will also want all PSD and related files so I go tweak the images in the future if needed, change the text, etc to test different campaigns.

Recurring 2×2 Follow Referrer

I need a recurring 2×2 system that is tied up to AlertPay monthly subscription, with rules and mechanics below.

MX1 System Rules:

1) Entry price is $30, but I must have ability to modify this automatically and easily via Admin login.

2) The $30 recurs every month. For every recurring payment, the customer gets a new header or account in a separate matrix from his previous matrix, thus, he will have 12 separate matrices a year for each of the 12 months. Each of those matrices are not connected to each other. Its as if the member joins a new matrix program every month. (Important Note: recurring payments always go to a new matrix, and NOT anywhere inside a persons previous matrix even if that matrix is not yet filled up. In the new matrix, he may follow his sponsor there, but he can never be under his previous month’s matrix).

Also note that if a member fails to pay a monthly subscription, his downline ‘ROLLS UP’ or gets connected to the next available sponsor up.

Example:

MONTH 1
Each pays $30

3) SPILL OVER IS OK, but only within a slots 2×2 structure. If his structure is filled up, his new recruits goes to his new 2×2.

4) Of course, if a member has many referrals, it will cause him to fill his matrix and produce a new matrix. His further new referrals will go to this new slot. If this new matrix fills up with his many further referrals, he will have a new matrix again where the referrals will come in, and so on.

5) Commissions are only paid out to a person who fills up his own 2×2. Once a 2×2 is full, the person gets paid $100 (this must be easily modified via Admin).

6) Here is where the recycling is vital… ALL NEW RECYCLED ACCOUNTS GO TO THE NEXT AVAILABLE OPEN SLOT IN THE MEMBERS REFERRER. Down below under the line is a diagram of how this works.

NOTE: The first slot in the company, which is at the top, when it recycles, creates another slot at the top again (it’s second slot) at the same level as the first top slot. So as long as the top slot keeps recycling new top sllots are always created. For example…

7) In the backend, the genealogy tree must be clear. People can select ‘MATRIX 1′ to see their 1st Matrix. Then if they have already recycled or recurred in payments, they can view ‘MATRIX 2′, and so on.

8) AlertPay will be the pay processor. Please make it easy to auto-activate entries (after payments) and mass payout commissions (automatically at the 10th day of the month in just 1 click, based on performance up to the last day of the previous month).

9) Cut off is every last day of the month and payout is every 10th day of the next month. Between the last day of the month and the 10th day of the following month, the system lists down the accounts that failed to re-subscribe and accounts that canceled their subscriptions… and takes these accounts out of the system, thereby rolling up the paid subscribers to the next upline who is paid.

10) Product is a daily inspirational video package, so it’s viewable or downloadable. People must be sent a download link once they submit payment. Viewing or download system must be secured so not anyone can get its URL and download the products.

11) Members must be able to recruit new members using their sub-domain (i.e. subdomain.domain.com), and not just an affiliate link. So subdomains must automatically be created based on a new member’s username. When signing up, members must be able to check if subdomain is still available, so they can amend their choice username.

12) The admin and backend system must have the features present in the other 2×2 systems out there.

13) New recruits cannot join free. They must pay first before getting into the system.

10) Now look at this very carefully. Once John gets his 3rd account, SOUL WILL HAVE A COMPLETE 2×2, SO SOUL WILL HAVE A NEW ACOUNT IN THE NEXT AVAILABLE SLOT OF HIS SPONSOR. If he is company direct, a new company direct head for Soul will be created.

11) Then if John completes his 3rd account, he will go to the next available open slot of his sponsor Soul, which is at the 2nd account of Soul…

12) Now here’s the vital mechanic about the recurring payment… if Soul recurs payment after the examply in (11), his new slot will not go under Soul 02 because our rule is RECURRING PAYMENTS DO NOT GO UNDER A MEMBER’S PREVIOUS TRIANGLE. Thus for the recurring payment, Soul will have a new separate 03. The same is true with John. His new slot from recurring payment (his 5th slot), will not go under Soul’s 2nd account, but in the account of Soul that recurred for the second time, which is Soul 03. So the recurred diagram for them is…

Program Payment Module

I need a programmer who can complete the payment module and update payment module for my website. The front end pages are already completed. You basically need to do the back end programming to ping First Data (FD), my merchant credit card provider, with the correct code as well as program some related systems as described below.

PAYMENT MODULE

The payment module is designed to take credit card payments from customers and ping First Data with the correct code to create a periodic bill within the First Data system.

Using the API instructions provided by FD, you will need to program the code to work with the front end payment page so when user completes payment form the code pings First Data to set up a periodic bill.

The system will need to record the First Data Order number so it is saved in my member database for the particular member.

Also, the price of the periodic bill can be adjusted from my admin. I’ll need you to make sure the price of the periodic bill as pinged to FD can still be adjusted from my admin. I don’t change the price of membership often, but I may decide to change the price in the future.

UPDATE PAYMENT MODULE

The update payment module is designed to allow existing members to update their payment information in the FD system.

Using the API instructions provided by FD, you will need to program the code to work with the front end update payment page (front end page already completed).

The update payment page is only available to a member after he has logged in, this way the system will know which FD order number to ping FD with in order to update payment page.

THRESHOLD ALERT

I need the system to be programmed so that it automatically sends a dynamic email to a member when his or her periodic/monthly bill has declined and reached the decline threshold, as defined by FD. The email will need to be sent to each member in threshold every day until the member updates their payment info and the transaction processes. I will provide you with the preformatted email.

START DATE

For members who join using a 30, 60, or 90 day free trial code, I need you to program the system so that the code that is pinged to FD includes the correct “Start Date.” Normally the start date is the day the member joins and makes purchase. But, with a 60 day trial, for example, FD needs to be pinged with a “start date” that represents the date 60 days after the time of purchase. This way FD knows not to charge the member for 60 days.

SSL

Both payment and update payment pages need to be integrated with my SSL certificate so the page is on an https. I can provide you with the SSL certificate.

I am available to call First Data API support if assistance is needed.

I also have a lead programmer who knows the system very well and can answer almost any questions you may have.

A simple bill pay system similar https://www.xpressbillpay.com/ allows users to manage recurring bill pay (phone, electric, water,schools etc.) or pay anyone with name and bank account or mailing address. Our model is to have various agents doing the payments for our customer in person.

User Interface:
-Allow users to add payment option such as bank accounts or card information.
- Allow users to add bill information to portal
-Allow users to add payee information, including name and payment address.
-Allow users to make one-time payment or set up recurring payments using the above saved information.
-Allow user to generate payment report by month, year, period of time, or by category, or by payee, etc. Add-on graphical charts will be nice.

Agent Interface:

-Receive payment requests from users in form of printed out Payment Orders with bank and payee info.
-Can generate list of daily payment requests for processing.
-Can generate different reports for management purpose.
-Other admin function such as edit users info, add partnered payees such as telephone companies, electric providers, etc.
-Allow upload/importation of billing info to the system
-Allow export of data at preset times or frequencies to providers using agreed upon export and file transfer arrangements
-Allow Admin to create End Users/Agents /Company users
- Allow agent to manage the Float/Collateral and Bank deposits to ensure that Agent makes deposits and can only take payment against a deposit.
- Allow us to set bill charge that will be charged either to customer or to vendor depending on the type of payee. Bill charge will be created upon setting up
a payee profile. Bill charge will either be a Flat Fee or a % of the bill.
- Allow admin to setup revenue split with agent so that the agent know what their split of the commissions collected is.

The above are just the initial steps of the project. Will require on-going maintenance contract for new functions or improvements.

THIS IS NOTHING TO DO WITH PAYMENT GATEWAY.

This is just a system to manage bill pay for end users, allow us to have agents in several areas that can make payments for the general public
All payment will be handled manually by our back office staff with the possibility of the data being sent to our parnters via an API/soap or other means.

I require an excel expert to help me calculate a bill.

On the first sheet(billmax) it will have all of the formulas and totals.
I’ve already created the layout of the totals but will need the formulas and macros to retrieve the right amount for the bill.

The totals will be calculated from a bill that is provided on the next excel sheet.

Suit someone with advanced knowledge in mathematics and excel.
Most of the work is done, you just need to finish this off.

These values determine the cost of the bill.
Now the bill values come from sheet1. These has the types of calls , stds, locals.

So the first sheet will need to call the third sheet and any sheet that is added.
The main values are the
1) Call type
2) Duration
3) Time of call
4) Some calls are timed in 30 second and others in 1min block.
5) Need if formulas if duration is past an amount.

The goal of the project is to insert a bill(copy and paste) and then calculate which plan will save the most money.

Need someone to start today and finish by tomorrow.

Brief:

A very simple feeling site which allows you to post Bills you have (ie Electricity Bill, Gas Bill, Car Repayments, etc.), the amount of the bill in $, When it is due and the payment details (ie Biller Code & Account Number) which is only provided to someone once they choose to pay $X of your bill.

It is not to make money however just for people to help eachother out with bills. When you post a bill it will also show your account profile, which shows:

1.) About Me (Username).

1.a). My Rating

2.) How I will pay it forward if you help me out? (IE. If you pay $x of my bill, I will in 2 weeks time pay $x of your bills you post).

3.) All my bills have posted.

4.) All the verified bills I have paid.

To do this it needs a very simple user management script (suggesting Drupal / Joomla) and a nice looking web 2.0 style layout.

Graphic Design Of Fake Money

I want someone to design some authentic looking money, called prop money. This is generally used for movie scenes. For example, in the movies when you see someone with a briefcase full of cash, well that money is fake – it’s called “Prop Money” in the USA.

The design should look very similar to the USA $100 Bill on all 4 corners, except that right in the middle of the bill there will be a thin white stripe which has text”This is Fake Money” and the country name should be altered. Instead of “United States of America” it will read “Universal Prop Money”. (I will email the winner a diagram)

It’s important that you do not copy ANYTHING from the USA $100 bill because doing that is a crime here. It’s also important that, from a distance of a couple feet, the prop money will look somewhat realistic.

Your job will be to create the front side only. It needs to have the same dimensions of a US Bill. The finished result will not have the USA name on it at all, so it cannot be argued that anyone was copying USA currency, and it will only be one-sided anyway.

I do not read the message board before I select a bid. Either bid or don’t – but do not try to engage me in conversation in hopes that it will secure the job for you. This seems to be a common tactic for programmers and it results in a lot of wasted time for me, so I just wont be checking the board until I choose an artist.
