I can help you finding out what file you have to look at. I myself tried various changes so I can tell you what changes if I change what code, so that you can readily see what file you have to look at to complete the project.

This project is hard to describe here. I have a word file that describes in detail about it. I will send you one if you request. Anyhow, I know of one bbpress forum (mine is bbpress forum, too) that does the same thing, and the owner of the website does not seem to be super expert in programming. I have installed BBpress forum plugin on an existing site. It fits quite nicely by default but needs some customising.

The CSS styles need to be altered to fit the site better, some title boxes cannot be seen for example.

CSS and PHP knowledge is required and previous experience of customising BBPress would be ideal, so that I know you can do the job to an attractive standard.

If you are a BBpress expert then I’d like to talk to you, let me know what it can do. Currently the forum uses a sidebar page template.

I either need the forum to sit in a full width page and allow me to customise advertising and content displayed in the forum via plugins, or the forum needs to site in a separate page template of it’s own so that the sidebars can be customised to show appropriate content.

Depending on your skills this could be a very fast job, however I would like you to tell me what you can make BBpress do for my site.

My goal is to enable forums on an already thriving community website to enable users to help and communicate with each other directly.

We have a WP site that needs bbPress installed, configured and a couple of tweaks made.

I need some help with BBPress. I am running a custom theme and basically I want to:

1.) Hide children forums from the front page…

For example, I have:

Main Topic
-Subtopic 1
-Subtopic 2
-Subtopic 3

I would like to only show Main Topic on the homepage, then when you click on it, it shows the three subtopics. This is just an example, but you get the point.

2.) Fix my login page (it is unstyled)

3.) Fix permalinks from showing forum two times (i.e. mysite.com/forum/forum/

I require an existing bbPress (forum software from the creators of WordPress) theme to be modified to blend into my site. I will create all the necessary graphics.. you will just need to modify the CSS rules and if necessary the HTML code as required. The theme I have selected is very close to what I want but requires some changes in width etc.
