I want to create a customisable homepage, which has a similar look and feel to the bbc.co.uk homepage. We will need full design (including logo), wireframing and related IA/UX as well.

Every aspect of the website will need to be integrated within an easy to use CMS. I will need ALL text on the website to be changeable via the CMS.

I have a basic idea on how I want the website to look.

I want a professional and slick looking website which is easy to use and maintain

The website will show sports news collected from google news and other specialist sports websites for one particular sport. I need a way of either automatically collecting this data or an easy way for me to input it – I want to show a brief description of the story and then a link to the full aritcle. Similar to the BBC sports gossip stories at the link below:

I would like a simple member login for frequent visitors and also a forum facility so regular visitors can discuss various news items and post their own discussions.

I would also like an RSS feed or similar to notify users of changes and the ability to send users email updates of site changes.

I would also need the ability to extend the site in the future to include other ideas and information

my budget is limited so may need to add over time and start simply – I would prefer for it to look professional and have limited features to start with.

Seeing examples of websites designed is a must before I decide on a developer

A simple ajax script is required as a exact clone of bbc.co.uk

Each box “section” can be picked up “drag and dropped” or moved and “swapped” with another each can contain feeds, static content, adsense or alike, or external code and pages. However can be produced as blank

The facility for the user to define there own page layout recorded by cookies perhaps is useful.

Colour theme is is useful via CSS perhaps where all headings and boxes take the “theme”.

This site has to be written for Linux servers in php and ajax.

I need a clone of bbc iplayer. I would prefer it if it could be integrated into joomla somehow but it doesn’t have to.
