Basic Template

I need a simple template that should be custom made. I will do most of the programming work but I need someone who is creative and experienced. This will be fairly simple I want only a simple site layout such as at http://intcrnct.com/layout/. It should have a menu at the very top, a place for the logo, a search bar to the top right, a members login box, place for adds and menus down the right, a main data area with options, and a bar down the left for ads or whatever. I just need a single page …

Basic Template Change

I have the website vrealty.au.com (yes, .au.com).
I have installed open realty which is an open source real estate listing, however I would like to have some very simple modifications done. I would need to have the header changed to a new logo, very simple writing, but like the look of the current header.

I also need to know if it is possible to change the menus on the left, removing some and just keeping a few of them.

I would say by the looks of the admin panel you will need to know how to use open realty.
